Frank comes every year and he is great. He was a little late this year but it was a mishap on communication. He has to crawl under my house to perform his duties and he never complains. He always does a great job and when I have concerns they are always addressed in a timely manner.

I purchased a Big Deal A/C Tune-Up. I believe I paid around $79. The service guy came out, looked at our furnace and spent a lot of time telling me the flue pipe needed to be replaced, flex connector had a weak spot and needed to be replaced, etc. He made it sound very serious and should be corrected right away. He didn't have the correct PVC pipe sizes with him so he wrote everything down and said he thought he could return the following week to get the job done. After discussing the furnace, he took a look at our air conditioner and added coolant. I paid another $88 for the coolant and a part. He seemed very knowledgeable but I gave him a low score because I felt very uncomfortable with his demeanor. He bordered on a know-it-all attitude. I also felt he was just trying to find more and more things to charge me for. I don't know anything about heating and cooling so I expect a serviceman to give me just enough information so I can make an educated decision. As mentioned above, I was scared for our safety so planned to have him return to fix the items he had found. I assumed he would return the following week on the day he had mentioned or that his office would call to set up an appt. I never did hear back from them and I never called them as I just didn't feel 100% comfortable. I should mention that I eventually called another company to do the work. He said he could replace everything but he felt it was not necessary. We opted to not have the work done.

The technician was on time and very professional. Inspection was completed in a timely manner. Since I was home and watching the technician work he explained what he was doing and why it was important. I really appreciated a few of the good tips he shared with me for taking care of my system on my own to keep it in top working order. The technician also did a couple tests that were above and beyond just to make sure everything was tip top. I would certainly use this company again for my A/C needs.

They were punctual, and did the work well. I used them because my contract had expired with another company and ServiceNow was offering a service call for $75. which was about half the cost of a normal visit. I marked them down on price, however, because I shopped around, and their annual contract is above that of several others, plus they only offer a once-per-year maintenance visit with the contract; my service provider now offers a Spring and Fall for less money. Although very professional, the service man stayed around for much longer than I thought necessary, trying to find something wrong, and letting me know how old my furnace and air-conditioning were so as to "sell" me other services & parts; I felt a little pressured. I did liked their punctuality and service, so I would certainly recommend them.

They were prompt, did the job, made recommendations on leveling the unit since it wasn't put on the pad correctly.

Process went very well-was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the man who took care of my air conditioner!

the technician called to say that i have purchased a big deal and that he has time available. I checked my calendar and we settled on a date convenient to us both. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. showed me the check list and proceeded to perform the required tasks. At the completion of the work he explained what needed to be done, what he did, packed up his tools and left. Good job.

The technician arrived early, and he went straight to work. I showed him where the furnace was kept. He came in the house 2 times, making sure to wipe his wet shoes. I asked some questions about replacement of the air filte,r he gave me some ideas and options regarding buying air filters at Home Depot. He accepted a coupon on an already reduced rate for the service whuich was great!

We hired this company using an Angies List coupon. The price was very fair and all seemed to go well. Some weeks after we turned on the furnace for the winter of 2011, it shut off. We called the same company back and they discovered the furnace was leaking in three places. There was corrosion, so it seemed like the leaks went back awhile. The leaks were due to a plugged condenser trap. Fixing it cost $112.50 - with a return customer discount. Was the company's initial job faulty? Was it pure chance? There's no way to know. We will continue to work with this company.

This was great! They were prompt, professional, & communicated well on what they did & what the furnace life was. They came out again the other day for another tune up. We're still using them!

We used a coupon for A/C tuneup and added the heating tuneup when technician arrived. He was very thorough. We had a one year warranty that was due to expire the next day. He serviced the A/C, and heater, and told us we wouldn't have to renew the contract. We have been very satisfied with the work that was performed. Both our A/C and (now) heating units are humming. We absolutely would use them again.

Excellent experience! I hadn't had a chance to schedule an appointment, but they called us a couple weeks after our coupon purchase. I appreciated that as we have been extremely busy and just hadn't gotten around to it. We were able to get an appointment on our first available day. They were on time, explained our system to us (it's a first furnace tuneup for us in a house purchased last year) and were extremely helpful. In fact, we asked to be put in their system in order to be called to schedule a tuneup next year. I highly reccomend them!

Furnace burners were not lighting up. NW Natural Gas recommended cleaning inside debris and replacing the furnace igniter and or spark plugs. Kurt recommended that I do tune up instead of standard diagnosis service fees which runs close to $100 anyhow. When his guy came in to, he not tuned up the furnace but also fixed up burners and cleaned all debris with just $99 tune up costs. Honest workers, will recommend and use again.

Service Now serviced two gas furnaces in my duplex. The service person was punctual, friendly, patient and explained exactly what was going on. He even took the time to call and get extra information for me. I highly recommend Service Now and will use them again.
