I had them come out to do a furnace tune up late last year. I had them come back out for another tune up! They provided another great service for me!

Man arrived on time, and checked out all facets of my air conditioner including power to it and the hardwired air cleaner I have. He cleaned my air cleaner parts and advised me on how to do it easily and cheaply. Examined the air conditioner and cleaned out some vines that were trying to get in. Checked it for full freon load, and was prepared to add an additional amount, but found that it didn't need any. Also looked over my furnace and advised me on its life (furnace needs replacing, as others had told me as well). Man was cordial and nice and took extra time to clean the air filter which I don't think was part of what he was there to do - it was an Angie's List Big Deal, so anything extra didn't cost me more. I was very happy with the service overall.

It went well. Technician arrived as scheduled, thoroughly evaluated the furnace, and didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary.

Within 1 day of emailing Jason giving them the job, Kurt from the office called to set up an appointment to get the work done. A week later his guys came to fit the new furnace which included a fair amount of extra pipe work. The men were friendly, informative, hard working and got the job done in one day. I was given a lot of information about how to set the thermostat and also how to clean the filters etc. Their work was very tidy looking and they cleaned up very well. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

This company did everything right! The gentleman I spoke to when I called gave me some suggestions to see if I could fix the furnace problem myself. When it became clear that wouldn't work, he set up a service call for the following morning. The technician took care of the problem quickly, and then did a tune-up. He also made a small adjustment that addressed a problem that has bothered me about the furnace since it was installed six years ago. I will definitely call them in the future, and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Needed an affordable option for a rental property that the chimney was taken out of and so it needed a new furnace that could vent out the side of the house. This company gave a competitive bid and the work was done quickly without a hitch (which was imperative in this instance since I had a tight timeline). This was after a failed attempt to get the work done by another company. If you have hired any amount of hvac companies you know a good one is hard to find. If I were to nit pick there are 2 items I might comment on about their service, but these are very minor: They wanted me to hold back only $200 until permits were passed a few days after completion (we negotiated to $500) and the estimator let me know that the job was underbid. I guess I knew that by the amount of time it took them to get it done, but we already had a flat fee agreed to so I felt it was a little unprofessional to bring it up. But in all these are small things on a big project and I would not have a problem recommending this company.

My tenant told me their air conditioning was not working on one of the hottest days of the summer. It was a Saturday afternoon. Although Service Now's schedule was full, a kind and prompt technician arrived at the tenants doorstep ready to help a in somewhat dire situation. I was kept apprised of the repair needs at every step and my tenants (and their baby) were comfortable very soon. I could not give them a higher recommendation or rating.

We used Service Now Inc. Heating & Cooling a year ago or more. I think I was pleased with the service. I don't remember having any complaints. I think they did a fine job. I had used them before and I would use them again. I think they were fine. Yes, the price was fair. No, I didn't have any trouble getting them to come out.

We don't really use our a/c more than a couple of days a year because our house just doesn't get that hot, but when we checked last August (2012) to see if our a/c was working, we found a problem. Based on Angie's List recommendations, I called Service Now and scheduled service for first thing the next day. They came out (on time) and diagnosed a bad fan motor, which they replaced right away the next day. Everything was textbook-good-service: on time, courteous, etc. Tick-tock, tick-tock...almost a whole year went by and we decided to test our a/c again, but there was a problem. Kurt sent a technician out IMMEDIATELY. Jerry arrived a minute or two ahead of schedule, and he immediately saw that the motor had defective bolts which had broken free so the fan was hanging badly in the unit, making the fan blades actually hit the walls of the a/c unit. Due to the way the (Trane) motor is designed with the bolts coming up from inside of closed housing, you can't just fix the bolts. Kurt ordered another motor when Jerry called him with the diagnosis. The next morning, at my convenience, another technician (Frank, I think) put the new motor in. Both trips all the way to my house in Bethany were at no charge, and they made it clear from start to finish that I would not be charged for the new motor, (even though they may end up eating the cost if Trane doesn't come through with a refund on the defective one). The whole thing was quickly handled in the most courteous and expedient way possible, working around obstacles in my schedule, to get the job done hours after diagnosis and at no charge whatsoever. I've got only good things to say about Service Now!

It was actually really, really good and clean. They ran the gas line and took out the old oil furnace. They installed the new gas furnace and air conditioning system and end up working in one room that didn't have it. They plumbed two fireplaces and a barbecue and it all went smoothly.

It went fine and they were here promptly and everything was completed. I always like it when they communicate, they show up on time and they're polite, courteous and they seem to be knowledgeable but luckily everything just needed a tune-up so that's a good thing. Their price is definitely fair.

We have an all electric house and our ~ 15 yo heat pump died. The air handler was ~ 30 yo, probably installed when the house was built. The tech came out, verified the compressor was dead and gave a list of options, which included buying a replacement compressor using the phased-out R-22 refrigerant. That would have been a good option if we were tight on cash, but luckily, we weren't. I don't really like heat pumps that much as during the winter, they run all of the time and it's pretty noisy, especially when they reverse cycle. So we decided to gut it, go with an AC condenser and a high efficiency gas furnace and not worry about it for the next 15 - 20 years. Since we were going from all electric to gas, this required piping for outside air in and exhaust gas out. Also, a gas line needed to be installed from the street to the house and then from the meter to the interior furnace room which is in the center of the home. This required 7 openings in the ceiling. I elected to reuse the refrigerant tubing from the AC unit to the handler as that would have required a *lot* of holes in the ceiling to remove and reinstall. They were flushed and I was assured that there would be no issues with this. Good enough for me. Service Now came in and completed their work in - taking out the old, installing the new compressor, new furnace/air handler, intake and exhaust pipes, gas lines and inspection - in (IIRC) 3 days. They sent out another installer - who is pretty expert at repairing drywall - to patch the holes in the ceiling. He did a great job and I learned some good tips. I yapped at him the whole time he was there, poor guy. NW Natural showed up a week or so later, did the curb to house meter and a few days later, Service Now came back to finish the gas connection (inside of the house to the furnace), turn on the gas and check proper operation. The Service Now crew - from the owner down - are all professional and hard working. They take pride in what they do. Jason was easy to communicate with and the installers cleaned up after they were done at the end of the day. They took care of everything - forms for rebates, tax incentives, NW Natural scheduling. I would hire them again in an instant and I would recommend them to anybody. When I need to do PM on the equipment, they will be who I call.
