Great! Frank called to let me know he was on his way, was punctual, and did a great job completing the annual service for my furnace.

They left hose disconnected and had to come back to re-attach later that night. May need to have them come back a third time as it is now making a noise it didn’t make before.

Came on time and immediately started work. Explained what he was doing each time and why he is doing it. Cleaned the burners and did diagnostics, and showed me how each part works. He disassembled the burners and cleaned them also cleaned some other parts. Very thorough and enjoyed the service.

I called to have my heater serviced and the technician, Frank, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When I indicated interest, he explained to me what he was doing and seemed to enjoy sharing the information. I appreciated his expertise and efficiency and will continue to use Service Now to maintain my heater and assist me with any heating/cooling needs.

He explained each process he was going through and things he was looking for in each part of the furnace.

The service was timely and he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why so that I could manage some basic maintenance work if needed in the future and he explained how the new technology is making some things easier with heater units. He was extremely informative and education without over-selling anything overtly, which I truly appreciated. Five Stars!

The work was done thoroughly, and he checked several things on the furnace. It has been running better than before (got rid of an annoying noise on start-up).

They went out of their way to get my heat working again so I didn't have to freeze over the weekend. And when I had my furnace inspected, Frank was great about explaining what he was doing and why it was important, and encouraged me to ask questions. I thought they did a great job both times.

Repairman was very helpful and the repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. We would certainly call them again.

We paid for the AC inspection and tune up, turns out our AC was leaking Freon. It was replaced and the cause of the leak was remedied.

Extremely pleased with Kurt, the GM and Kelly the Technician and his assistant. Found a real Jewel of an organization among the many. The only HVAC Company I will ever use again !!

Frank showed up on time and was respectful and professional throughout his visit. He explained everything being done, gave me options for how to approach problems, and showed me a few basic troubleshooting things I could do myself in the future. Will definitely call Service Now for any HVAC needs in the future!

I ended up getting 5 bids on the work for the furnace and while Service Now wasn't the lowest (but it was close), they had several other positives that made it worth it. First, they came in and actually went through the house and checked the number of vents and square footage, etc. Then he actually asked how the current system was working in keeping the house warm (first and only person to do so). When informed that the main bedroom was always a little cold, he came up with a low-cost solution of adding in a air scoop in the duct to help direct more heat into that room and then installed a little vent to help control the amount of heat that scoop grabbed. He also installed a regular air filter that I can replace myself easily in a non-fancy box that was a fraction of the price of the manufacturer's official container. He also didn't push the fancy level furnace, it just wasn't necessary with our house and he didn't try to pretend that it was, I appreciated that (we went with the mid-level version to get the tax credit and the 95% efficiency over the 80%). The work was also well done. They had to install venting pipes and a pump, we discussed where and how to do all this and they did a good job of describing what it would look like afterward and why we ended up sending the pipes where we did. The work itself was great. They installed everyone and it looks clean and professional and most importantly works. Won't hesitate to use again.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Frank, the technician. He explained everything clearly and gave me some valuable tips, including information about replacing the filter (not needed as often as I assumed), He also diagnosed and corrected a problem with the A/C which would explain why it was not cooling as efficiently as it should. I am very happy with the service I received and will be scheduling them for Fall maintenance.

Very well. He gave us simple ideas for improving air flow and the repair was relatively inexpensive.

Kurt was extremely responsive in getting me scheduled and giving me an Angie's list discount for a tune-up. The technician, Frank, was just great. I feel so much more educated about my heating system then before he arrived. He really went above and beyond to make sure I understood my furnace top to bottom, went over safety tips, and showed me how to properly care for my system. He could have easily sold me a new furnace since I know nothing but he is an honest guy. He tuned and cleaned like a pro and took his time. We got to talking and he mentioned he used to repair appliances and I asked if he would take a look at my dryer and he connected my dryer vent for me free of charge! Truly and A+ experience. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the upgrades. Thermostat from mercury to digital, higher efficiency pump, and better air circulation. The team members I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional.

After looking at reviews on Angie's List and then getting quotes from 3 different companies, I decided to go with Service Now, Inc. From the very first contact, they were impressive. Jason Johnston, the owner, came to our house on the initial visit. He asked many questions about our heating and cooling habits. More importantly, he listened to my answers and suggested options to suit our criteria. Throughout the entire decision making process, I had numerous questions about the various choices available in the Carrier product line. Jason was extremely patient and addressed each and every concern, both by phone and email. The end result is a heating and cooling system that meets our needs, not one that we felt pressured into buying. Because we were buying between the heating and cooling seasons, they were able to install almost immediately. The installation went smoothly. Kelly, the installer, has years of experience. He was able to custom make a section of ductwork with dampers to allow for better airflow to the second story of our home. He, too, was able to address any questions I had during the installation process. He left both the furnace and air conditioner installation sites clean. All debris and packing material were removed. Kelly also programmed our new thermostat and gave me an easily understood lesson as well. When presented with the final bill, the amount matched the initial bid. There were no hidden costs or extra expenses.

The technician was curteous and knowledgeable and looked for ways to save us money.

Excellent, as always! The gentleman that I spoke with to set up the appointment spent time troubleshooting over the phone. He was professional, courteous & patient over the phone. I was given an appointment for the next morning. Frank is the best! He was on time, he was professional. He was thorough in checking the entire system & he took the time to educate me on the different components. He was able to give me accurate estimates of parts/labor costs. They were able to get a replacement circuit board the same day & Frank installed & checked the entire system later that afternoon. You can tell that Frank not only loves what he does but is very knowledgeable. I felt like I was getting honest & skilled work done.

It took about three to four days to complete the work. They did a good job cleaning up.
