I called these guys around 5 pm the day before we were supposed to leave town for the weekend. Our furnace was struggling to heat up the house. After a similar occurance a few years prior, I figured it was a quick fix with a part or two. These guys were able to get me in the next day ( this was during a frigid week or two in December). They gave me a two hour window of time that the technician would a rrive. I received a call during the last 30 minutes saying he was on his way. The technician (Frank) showed up and got right to work. He was very knowledgable, professional, and personable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an hour or less. I was very pleased with the response and service. I can't speak to the price competativeness. I did not shop for quotes. I needed the service immediately. They were my second call. The first business couldn't get me in before the weekend. They were close and had good reviews on Angie's. I would definately use them again and I will definately have them out to give me a quote this summer when we replace/upgrade our system.

End result seems fine, as if I could tell. I bought this offer during our cold snap and they called to put off appt till things warmed a bit due to being inundated with service calls. Sounded reasonable. But two plus weeks went by and I called again. Got a prompt appt. Nice tech showed up and I showed him furnace location. He open it up and his first comment is "been a while since this was cleaned." I told him that was why I called. Then he removes the filters, hands them to me and asks me to vacuum them. I was pretty taken aback at that but finally said I could not locate hoses for vacuum. He then said he would do it but would have to remove vacuum from his truck. I went back to read the offer and cleaning filters is the first item in the offer. After that I left him alone to finish HIS work. I had wanted him to check thermostat but passed. He might have told me that was dirty also.

The furnace tech was personable, informative and efficient. No problems except for his concern that my furnace needed to be replaced, which seemed like a sales pitch. True, it will be replaced sooner or later but I plan to sell the house as an as-is fixer-upper because it needs so much work and is in a prime location for a contractor renovation. The furnace is safe and it works fine so replacement isn't urgent.

Fixed our furnace back in December but it went out again in January; I called and within an hour they showed up to fix the part which had come loose at no charge even though technically we were outside of the 30 day warranty period. Polite and very prompt.

Standard tune-up. The serviceman was friendly and professional. I had to leave while he was working, but he called me later to know me know I had a rodent problem in my basement, which I'd been unaware of.

Awesome! We called Service Now first thing in the morning as our furnace was not working. The company said a technician would come by between 11-1 that day. The technician came over a little after 11, calling us in advance that he was coming over. He fixed the furnace (hooray!) and performed a maintenance service. Now the furnace works and is in as good order as possible for a 21 year old machine. The technician was professional and helpful.

I had Frank come out the week before Christmas to service my upstairs furnace and replace a thermostat that wasn't working. He was very informative and put in a new thermostat and tuned up furnace. Then our downstairs furnace stopped working on Christmas and the day after I called and they were able to come back out and put a new switch in that one. I also needed some vent work done in the attic as part of it was collapsed and not letting air flow thru it. Alex came out today and fixed that. They are always very professional and very informative. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for anything we need in the future.

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday during the super cold a few weeks back. They came out on that Sunday and fixed the problem with a temporary fix and then returned a few days later with the part needed to fix the problem for good. I am so grateful for their work and kindness.

Our 2 year old furnace quit working on a Saturday evening during a cold spell. We called the company that installed the furnace (to the tune of $2800). They told us they prioritize customers who have a service contract with them and would not be able to call us back until Monday. Who knows how long a visit would have taken? We called Service Now at 8:30 am Sunday morning. They were busy, but promised to call back within an hour. They did. Frank said he would be out Sunday afternoon between 3 and 5 pm. Great! It gets better. At 10:30 am Kurt, the office manager at Service Now called our home and offered to try troubleshooting the problem over the phone. We described the problem and gave our best guess that the condensate line in our high efficiency heater was frozen. Kurt agreed, gave us detailed instructions on where the line exited our home (remember Service Now did not install this line) and how to clear it. As I type this up - our home is warming up. Bottom line: When they say Service NOW, they mean it.

I did not know what to expect from the tune-up (how valuable is that, really?) but it seemed like a good precaution and since I knew we had a leaking condensator I figured this would save the price of a service call. The technician filled out a pretty thorough-looking checklist to verify that the components were in sound working order, and there was a little minor cleaning involved, too. I wish he had done a brief explanation of the value of the tune-up, what he looks for and what might need regular checking and on what interval, and he didn't want to stick around longer than absolutely necessary. The work was professionally done, no mess left behind and the prices was what I would expect, not having much experience with these things. I would probably use them again but would try to be more aggressive at asking questions to get my money's worth.

With the terrible weather, I was thrilled that they were able to rearrange their schedules and get somebody out here within the hour. The service tech was excellent and went through all that he did, explaining what each step meant towards getting the furnace to work. I definitely will use Service Now in the future.

It went great. They showed up. They are honest and reasonably priced. They didn’t make us spend money.

He seemed to know what he was doing and left a list of what he did.

Jason the owner came out to give me the estimate and gave me some recommendations about the best way to vent the furnace to the outside. I had an old ventilation system that combined the water heater and the furance but with the new techniques they can not used the combined vents. So they created a seperate vent to be used soley for the furnace. They showed up on time and were very professional. They were worked very efficiently as well. The furnace was upgraded to an energy efficient model that qualified for several different rebates in which they filled out all the necesarry paper work and all I had to do was sign it which was very convienient. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend using this company.

Called on the weekend. Got a call back pretty quickly. They could come out in a few hours. The only concern was that the technician was a bit on the larger side so might have some problems in the attic. Turned out to be no problem. He knew what he was doing. Step by step diagnostics and soon found the problem. A few wires were corroded. Cleaned them and worked like a charm. Cost $85 for visit and $40 for minor repairs. Got 10% off for being on Angies List.

Went great. The crew showed spot on the arranged times, and finished ahead of their projected schedule (1½ days rather than 2). It was replacing ancient resistance coil baseboards, which I pulled and SN's electrician happily disconnected the wiring into the main switch box. When all was complete the crew did a thorough job of cleaning whatever mess was made in the process. I am very pleased with provider and the product and have already recommended both to friends who are considering such an option. There was a very minor SNAFU over payment, which was easily sorted out with much humor. Yes, SN is run by humans.

I purchased a "Big Deal" for a gas furnace tune up. I had not had my furnace inspected in over three years, so it was overdue. The technician (Frank) arrived on time. According to the receipt I have, he checked and tuned the furnace. He removed and cleaned the burners, flame rod, and igniter. Cleaned up debris. Checked temperatures, pressures, airflow, electrical draws and connections. Tested operations (i.e. turned it on). As a bonus, hung up one of the ducts that had sagged down into the dirt-the furnace is in the crawl space. It is now confirmed my furnace is in good shape, and will be ready for whatever Old Man Winter has in store for my area this year.

They are very efficient and provide a great service!
