It did and did not work well. I have an old converted oil furnace so maybe they could not do anything for it. They just pushed around, cleaned it a little, and told me it could not be repaired if there was anything wrong with it but it turned out that was not true. They told me that they did not make parts for it but it turned out they do. They came out right away but they did charge me the whole fee when they really could not do anything for it.

Last hot day of the summer and our A/C machine broke down. They came out right away and were very knowledgeable an professional. Fixed it up right away and has run great ever since! I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

We called them out because we had just moved into a new home. I was there while they cleaned the unit and overall, they were okay. Our furnace stopped working soon after they came out. They came back out. At the time we thought they were quite negative about our furnace because they basically said we just needed a new furnace. They could have possibly communicated in a more helpful manner, but in hindsight they were right though because we did need to purchase a new furnace in 2011. No extra charges associated with the Big Deal. I thought the price was good.

They have been out several time. They have fixed our heater & heat pump. They have been really good to us.

I noticed last night that my furnace fan wasn't turning off. The house was 80 degrees and it was still climbing. After shutting off the breaker I immediately went to Angie's list to find a provider. Service Now is who I decided to call and Frank was the tech sent out to fix the problem. Frank was very knowlegeable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Once he had nailed down the problem and given us a price that we could agree upon, he set to work with the repair. It seemed like no time before he was done. Afterwards, he gave us some advice on how to set our programmable thermostat to make it work more efficiently. He also gave us an idea on a change we could make so it would be easier to change the filter since we're both disabled. I plan on getting some quotes on that job but will probably have Service Now do the work since I was so happy with them. All in all it was a great experience with a great company and I have no regrets.

Everything turned out well. They were easy to contact, and they did the work as promised. Furthermore, the technician arrived on time, did a great job, and provided very helpful advice on what might need to be replaced in the near future.

They were able to complete the work on the same day I called. Quoted a fair price & stuck to the quote. Did a great job explaining what needed to be done & offered an idea to save some cost overall. At 4 PM, on Thursday, my furnace was not working properly. I phoned Kurt at Service Now Inc., close to closing time. He said that he would try to help me since it was snowing and the roads were gridlock. I am very thankful since I've been stuck in my house since then due to snow and ice. I will be calling Service Now from now on for any furnace needs. Thank you Kurt!

It was alright. We had to get them back because what we purchased was a very simple maintenance but the problem was not fixed so we had to call them back to repair the part. The service was fine but the other cost seemed a bit high since they'd already done the service.

It was pretty good. They are very prompt. They are thorough and they give a good report in the end so you know what's going on with your furnace.

He arrived promptly and performed the tune up in about a half hour or so. I had the plumber there at the same time so I was running back and forth. He wasn't fazed by this and was understanding. He took the time to explain how my furnace works, filter size and how to install them.

These folks are absolutely great. Jason was clear in his assessments, technical information & general communication. Where another well-rated company was inclined to charge for items of concern that I brought up, Jason saw them in the scope of the job at hand, no need for an extra charge. His price was competitive. They began with trouble shooting, as we'd had evidence of animal issues (rodents, possums) : they scoped ducts. Then they were corrective of the poorly done set-up we'd had: they added a basement intake vent & improved the venting from the furnace box itself. They also took care of the rebate paperwork, filing what they could, & sending us the piece we needed to complete ourselves. When we had an issue 6 months after the May 2013 install, they came by right away to correct it & show us how we could trouble shoot & solve such small problems ourselves.

All went as expected - thorough job, kept me informed, offered tips and my furnace was ready for the winter.
