My newer furnace stopped working during the cold spell we had recently. Had this trouble all last winter too but finally got it fixed by a competent provider. This time, my roofer had pushed the vent pipe down when they installed my new roof. Frank analyzed the situation and saw that it was not at the correct angle so the vent pipe was filling with steam and turned to water and shut the furnace down. He said that there was about a quart of water in the pipe! Working like a champ now! Frank also caulked around the vent pipe so that rain would not come through this winter. Thanks for taking that extra step Frank!

All went great. Arrived on time, tune-up was fine, informed me of progress, very professional.

The service technician was on time, informative and professional. My 35 year old A/C unit needed a new electrical unit, so there were some additional charges but it is now working great without needing to completely replace the A/C system and unit. We were cool and relaxed during this very hot summer heat. Although the heating furnace filter was not similar to the existing, the tech left my old filter behind so I could purchase replacements on my own. I will be calling them again to service my furnace and A/C unit next year.

An Angie's List Big Deal. I've used this company before at my last residence and used them at my new home to check over the furnace. Professional and knowlegdeable. This company is my "go to" for furnace needs.

Bought Angie's List coupon for furnace check and annual service. Everything went fine, from scheduling to service. No problems at all.

They were the only ones that could come out the very same day. My furnace was blowing cold air. They diagnosed the problem but had to pick up a part. Came back the very next morning and fixed the problem.

Called and cancelled to let them know that I was unable to use their service.

Arrived on time. Completed work in timely manner. Only one issue - the furnace filters were not replaced. According to the service man they still had further use but upon reflection I believe that changing them out should always be something that they include in their standard service. I will request it on future visits.

Jason came to our house and gave us some estimates for a new furnace and air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about his products and very nice. We liked him but we chose someone else with a better warranty and price.

It went great. Jerry explained/showed me how to clean and maintain the furnace and filters. He even summoned a colleague to help diagnose the a/c, which had a hard-to-find wrecked wire.

The service went very well. I had used the company in the past. They did exactly what the deal stated. I was not home while they did the service. My wife primarily dealt with the technicians. She thought they were alright. The pricing is a little higher but I trust their service. I had no problem scheduling the deal and would use the company again.
