Great experience. The tech spent a lot of time explaining what to look for when the furnace is operating correctly and when it isn't. He really loves educating homeowners. That might be off-putting if you just want to pay for your service and not worry about it, but I appreciated it a lot. I like knowing how my home works and appreciate techs who are willing to spend the time talking to me about it. I feel very confident that they will do a great job with any repairs. And you've really got to love a company that sells a tune up that is really just a tune up (like Service Now) and not a thinly veiled attempt to perform unnecessary repairs.

Things went well, one technician came out and was professional and on time. I have no complaints and would hire him again.

Jason the owner was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He also responded quickly to my emails. His crew covered the path to the downstairs work area with heavy tarps, was punctual and explained everything in detail. Alex expertly installed the HVAC coil into the existing furnace. Kelly worked on the exterior Carrier unit and placed it in a well-selected location. He also installed the gas line for my gas grill on the deck. Square One Electrical installed the electric power to the AC unit. I was so impressed with their work that I am having them return to install additional electrical outlets. Kelly came back the next day to test the AC system. Because the home has 2 levels, the furnace fan runs continuously to equalize the temperature. I asked Kelly if he could eliminate the annoying harmonic caused by metal grates of the cold-air return grate. Kurt bent each individual louver of the cold-air return vent to eliminate the noise caused by the air movement. Now you can only hear the whisper of air which will make my wife very happy.

The gal at the office was great to deal with and very accommodating. The guy who actually did the work was on-time, professional, and did a great job.

Everything went well, and they completed the work quickly.

Every year they manage to help our old furnace last one more season. A few new parts and some tlc seems to keep it going. It's way overdue for replacement, and probably a new furnace is more efficient, but we don't know if we'll be here long enough to make it pay.

They were really good and patient with us. They answered all my questions well. They explained how the system worked and followed up after the job was done.

The experience went well. We have always had a good experience with this shop and the coupon was a real bonus. The serviceman was polite and friendly.

Frank arrived on schedule with also a 30 min heads up confirmation call from office. Quickly was able to identify problem. Had to obtain replacement part which was picked up from local supplier within hour. Part install and checkup completed. Explained issue, answered technical questions, courteous and professional. Will use again.

Service Now removed the old Bryant furnace which was 13 years old. We discussed efficiency ratings and rebates. The entire project was done in one day including cleanup. I am very pleased and would highly recommend their service. The price does not include rebates from Northwest Natural, Carriers and whatever I will claim on my state income tax.

From the initial contact all the way to the final service, everything went fabulously. Our furnace had been noisy since we bought our house in July '13, and we came back from Thanksgiving to a house at 55 degrees inside. We had another vendor get it up and running that weekend, and promised to later call us back the next week with an estimate to replace the draft inducer. The original vendor forgot to call us back, so I contacted a couple other vendors to get competing bids, including Service Now. This company responded most quickly, had a very competitive price, and I was able to schedule the fix the following day. The technician arrived on time, and then completed the entirety of the work with us watching at his request...how cool is that? Now our furnace is tip-top and I can't hear it unless I actually go out in the garage. I'd definitely use Service Now again.

The service was very good. The worker was very good, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. He was on-time. He left the area very clean before leaving.

After 24 years of nearly flawless performance with Carrier, wanted to stay with same mfgr, so got bids from 3 Carrier-only contractors. SN not the lowest, but competitive, with excellent responses to questions. Installation was flawless. It was obvious early on there was an issue with the blower motor or rotor - bad bearing or imbalance or both. SN very quick with techs to explore problem, and Kelly (tech) confirmed blower was bad. SN decided to replace not just the motor or rotor, but to replace the whole blower, housing and all. Problem solved. Overall, a very good experience with highly professional folks.

The Tech, Jerry, did a very thorough job on diagnosing the problem and tuning up the furnace However, there were 3 things that we were not impressed with: 1. Punctuality: our service call was from 9-11. Got a call letting us know Tech was behind schedule, would arrive by 11:30-Noon. At 12:05 no one had arrived yet. I called and was told he was outside of our home. 2. Introduction: Tech did not introduce himself upon arrival. I had no idea what his name was. 3. Entered Home Without Prior Notice: I was NOT informed that Tech needed to find the air filters and check them as part of the service. He was in the garage, I let him know I would be in my office and if he needed anything/finished up, please call my cell. Awhile later he entered our home and my husband ran into him on our 2nd floor as he was looking for the air filters! After the service call, I called the main office and spoke to Kurt. I shared the above with him, he was very apologetic. He said that it is assumed that the Tech have "free reign" of the house during their visit. I let him know that they cannot assume that! We're first-time home-owners, this was our first service call. Expectations/needs of the visit need to be conveyed...don't assume. He said he would remind his staff of that. I was only give the choice of Yes/No "Would you use this provider in the future"? My selection is actually Maybe. We'll see how the follow-up service call goes. The furnace needs a replacement part.

. Was able to get same day service which was critical as the tenants were without heat. The technician was very willing to share information as to what the problem was, and to make suggestions for owner maintenance

I called them in the morning. The technician came to do the job in the afternoon on the same day. I was so pleased by the quick response and very effective work they had done for me. My furnace had an issue before the service. Sometimes it was running, but no heat blow into the house. After this company did tuning up job, it works perfectly. The furnace has been used for over 20 years. I am so happy with this maintenance work done. I should call them to do this earlier. Now I know this company I can trust. They are very professional.

Technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Provided information on future maintenance of my furnace. Would definitely consider asking them back again.

They came when they said they would, did what they said they would, and furnace is working fine. No attempt to upsell me on a newer higher efficiency furnace--the day will come, I know, but I appreciate the "if it ain't broke, don't replace it" mentality.

It went great. Paid him to do extra work by checking out and fixing my thermostat. They scheduled it quickly, they were on time, very professional. I will most definitely hire them again.
