I recently had Service Now Heating and Cooling remove an oil furnace, install a high-efficiency gas furnace and modify some heating ducts. Jason was totally professional beginning with my initial phone contact, his home visit and his very competitive bid containing his recommendation (which, by the way, was not the most expensive furnace!). Kurt, the office manager, was also great in his handling of the scheduling and billing. Finally, Kelly (very seasoned technician) was very knowledgeable in the install of the furnace and airflow in some of the ducts which needed to be modified. Kelly also provided supervision of a couple of professional technicians who were working with him. I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Service Now Heating and Cooling!

The bid process went very well. The only issue we had with the process was that they recommended an electrician that was not available to even provide a bid fro 60 days. Then when the electrician did show up, they told us (incorrectly it turns out) that we would need a great deal of work done to make things to code. It turned out easier to partner with a slightly cheaper heating/air company that had a partner electrician that was easier to work with. We would consider working with them again if electrical work was not involved.

Jason came out and did the estimate. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. He answered all my questions completely. The estimate was provided promptly. There was a bit of a scheduling delay because these guys are so good, they are in high demand. But they arrived exactly on the date and time that was promised. The crew was also very professional and responsive. Everyone I dealt with at this company really lived up to the company name: Service Now. I always got prompt responses to all my questions and concerns. They seem very customer service oriented. I would not hesitate to work with them again. In fact, I'm going to ask them about getting regular servicing and maintenance of my furnace and AC. And oh, did I mention - I'm loving my new AC!

on a day that was expected to reach 100 degrees, our AC stopped working entirely. I called a few different A/C repair folks. At best it would be 2 days to come out. I reached Service Now and they happened to have a tech in the area who was free due to a cancellation. He came out to the house within 20 minutes. The repair was quick... turns out one of the fuses outside for the A/C had blown. Replaced and A/C is working fine.

I called & requested service & arrangements were made for a technician to come out later in the day. The technician arrived on time, inspected the unit, determined the capacitor was blown and replaced it with a new capacitor. The technician also took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely use them again.

Our air conditioner stopped working overnight on Saturday night. I called first thing Sunday morning. I was informed by the call center that a service call on Sunday would cost $170. I told them to go ahead. Frank called me back within 30 minutes and was at my house within 1 1/2 hrs. He explained what was wrong and fixed the blown capacitor. He also explained how to prevent future problems and made sure everything else was working. I was impressed with his professionalism and him taking his time to explain everything. I will definitely be using them again. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Jerry was punctual and very professional. He was also very patient answering my many questions about the maintenance needed on the A/C and furnace while problem solving why the A/C kept shutting off. Even though the problem with the A/C wasn't something he could fix right away, he did explain to me options I could take in order to get the problem with the A/C resolved.

The repairman was very respectful, thorough, and took his time. He knew our unit and model and what part was needed. Even though I'm sure he has been working dawn to dusk in this hot weather fixing air conditioners for the past few weeks, he was very congenial. He let me know about the cost before he replaced anything. The air conditioner is working better now than it has for a while. I will be calling Service Now to check our furnace in the fall as well as our air conditioner again next spring.

We used Service now to replace a heating system about a year ago. They did a top notch job. We called them back as we were very happy with all aspects of the replacement and figured they would be excellent at addressing the problem of our air conditioner. We were correct.. They were completely booked up for the next two weeks, but, because we were an established customer they made time for a service man to respond. He evaluated and fixed the problem within about 5 minutes. My husband is very particular. He has nothing but praise for all the services provided by this vendor. We will use again if the need arises.

Service Now had to fit me in their very busy schedule (heat wave approaching) but did so the same day I called. The tech, Jerry, was professional, skilled, and personable as well. He found the problem which required parts he couldn't get till the next day. He arrived bright and early the next morning, fixed the whole thing, and now everything is cool! I will most assuredly cal Service Now the next time something requires attention.

I always use Service Now for my air conditioning and for my furnace. I always ask for Frank. He was the tech person to first work on my air conditioner. He is very through in checking your equipment and has time to answer your questions. So every spring and fall I ask them to check the air conditioner and the furnace.

Frank is great. This is a company we trust and go to every year. Would highly recommend! He is honest and explains what he is doing.

Our air conditioner fan stopped working and was blowing out room temperature air. I called Service Now and they were able to fit me in the same day. Frank came out in the afternoon and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and professionally. On top of that he walked me through the whole process and happily answered my questions. It was a great experience overall.

Men arrived as scheduled, explained how things would go and estimated a completion time. When I returned home later that afternoon all was in order.

We were thinking of having AC installed in our home. I called them for a free estimate and Jason came to our home and provided us with very friendly and professional service. He submitted to us several different units and costs. He answered all my additional questions through email in a timely and friendly manner. Though, we did not use his company to have the AC installed (which was Carrier). We decided to go with a Lennox product, because our furnace was Lennox also. Thank you Jason!

Im so happy that we came across Service Now on Angies List. We had a unique project that included relocating our air conditioner. The company owner made a weekend visit to our home to give us an estimate and answer all questions. By the end of the weekend he had emailed us our estimate and we booked service immediately. After lots of home renovations, we always dread having contractors in our home, but this crew was punctual, professional, knowledgable and respected that we had a sleeping baby and schedule to keep. The job was finished in a day and a half we couldn't be happier with our new Carrier product. The technician gave us overview on maintenance, filters and running the system before leaving our home. I feel that we got a fair price and excellent service from Service Now and will absolutely be using their company for routine maintenance in the future.

I purchased the $99. 16-point A/C Inspection and Tune-up. They scheduled the service promptly. They called to keep me informed of the arrival time for the technician. The technician was professional and knowledgable. I was informed I was low on freon, 1 pound, which cost me $103. in additional charges.

It was totally awesome. The owner had called at one point, then the manager pretty much handled it but the service technician was the one really in the house. They were very courteous, very punctual and attentive. The questions that I had, he explained them thoroughly in very easy layman terms that I understood what he was doing.

The service was good - done in a professional manner. Gave me good advice. Will use them again.
