+ -1 moreWhile he seemed professional and skilled in person, he did not send out the quotes and he didn't return phone calls when I followed up with him. I can understand the rate of return may be low for potential home purchases, but it is not professional to say you are going to put a quote out and then never follow through or have a discussion of why he didn't follow through.
Description of Work: Provider came out to look at two possible projects for home purchases. Shane was very professional in person and showed up on time. He was very willing to go to two possible home project sites. He said he was going to put together rough quotes and send them out .

+ 0 moreDerek showed up and assessed what needed to be done- took the door off and worked in my garage- too keep house clean. He had to shave off some of the width- fix the hardware and make indents for the hinges to sit in on edge of door. He re-hung the door- cleaned up his mess and was completely friendly and professional the entire time. I would recommend them. thanks ~Kimberly
Description of Work: I bought a house that needed a door replaced as part of the sales contract. The owner did a poor job of it: the hardware was loose/missing and it would not even close. I called my realtor Ruth Widener at John L Scott (great realtor :)) and she set up SE Construction to come fix it for me.
