He's good. He has been cutting my lawn for a couple of years. He is very reasonable. He was very consistent and dependable. He did a very good job and he was fast and efficient. I would definitely use him in the future.

Overall I'm very much happy with the service - and in good part because of the friendliness and responsiveness of his workers. They rock. When I catch them and ask for them to do something specific, it is always done promptly and with a smile. However, they don't always get to some garden bed cleaning things if I don't tell them to do them such as catching all the weeds and grasses that get in the beds and occasionally cut something back before I would chose to. But this has been year one and to a small degree they have been learning what is and is not supposed to be growing in my beds - better to leave a wrong item in the beds one week than to pull out an authentic perennial just popping up! If I leave a phone message or email as to what I need done, it always gets done. The one thing I wish they would do re weeds is not depend on temperatures being high enough to use weed killers and pluck some out themselves as they see them.

I've used Scott for 6+ years for regular lawn maintenance. He and his crew are reliable, fast, and so pleasant to work with. During the winter months when there is no need for weekly mowing, Scott is amenable to working on an "as needed" basis. I am grateful to him for being reliable and affordable.

He was prompt and did a great job. He has done several different jobs for us over the past 3-4 years, and we will continue to use him.

We got him off the list and he had an A rating and I don?t believe that he lives up to that. We were not pleased with him and would like to get someone else. My main problem is that I have had several gardeners that consider themselves gardeners, but all they do is use a blower and blow everything off the lawn and driveway. I need other things done and I wish that they could be proactive in trimming leaves and things that they see. I had 2 dead bushes that I kept saying I want to take out and finally I had to call him and say I wanted these bushes taken out. He is a personable man, but as far as knowing anything about plants and recognizing one plant from another he is not very good at that. I had to tell him specifically every limb to cut and everything to do. During the very cold weather, he only came one week in December and charged for the whole month. I don?t know if that is his fault or if it was the weather.

They came to bid on the project and did a great job of explaining options to me. Their approach was practical for what is a pretty big project. In one day they dug a significant trench that was gradually deeper to insure the water flows down the new drains. They included access to the pipes they laid, so that it can be cleared out if it ever becomes clogged with dirt. In the process they came upon old drainage that had become clogged with dirt over time, and removed/replaced those pipes. I'm totally satisfied. This was a drainage problem that I've struggled with for years, and the most significant spring is now captured with the water running out to the street. The price was reasonable for the amount of work involved. There will be a second project involving the other half of our lawn, and I'll ask Scott to make a proposal for that. They are pleasant to work with, responsive, and diligent. I totally appreciate their approach.

This was the fourth time that we had Scott's company come out and work on our yard, which over the last three years has become quite overgrown and out-of-control. I found Scott on Angie's List last fall and called for a walk-through and estimate. He arrived as promised, and on time. He spent about an hour with us, walking around the property (about 2 acres) to see what we had in mind. We opted to have his crew spend a full day first to see how much would get accomplished. We were very pleased with the hard work and what got accomplished that we scheduled a second day. About 3 weeks later, I called again and had a third day of work scheduled. Two weeks ago, I called again. Each time, his worker arrived on time, worked very hard, and has been very flexible when I thought of something else I wanted done that we hadn't talk about. You can be sure that Scott's phone number is now in my address book.

He did a fantastic job and I will give him a call again next year. He did exactly what he promised, and his price was very reasonable. Thanks!

Scott came out and walked the area and gave me an estimate for the front and back yard. I opted to do only the front yard which was $1300 to replace the lawn with SOD and fill in the flower beds with bark dust/mulch to give a consistent look. Scott also came up with an idea regarding the maple tree and circled the tree with the same bark dust/mulch and then seeded around the exposed areas with grass seed. The SOD all went down in a day and Scott had two of his men handle the job but he checked in throughout the day. The results were great, SOD is holding well and the grass is already growing around the tree. I thought the price was fair for the work done and Scott and his team were very professional and cleaned up all areas before departing. I would recommend Scott and use him again in the future.

They do a really good job. I'm never there when they come and mow, but there has never been an issue with this. They do the job well and do it how it needs to be done.

I had tried a couple of other companies with no response. When I called Scott he made an appointment immediately and showed up to discuss the situation. He was open and explained everything he would did including hauling away all the debris. He was very reasonable in his pricing. He shows up every week at the same time and works the entire period leaving the yard looking great.

Everything went very well. Scott arrived and made the estimate on the day he said he would. When we called and asked him to do the work for us, he scheduled a time and, again, arrived exactly when he said he would. He cleaned up the old, broken plants for us, worked in some good fertilizer and repaired the gap in our hedge with five new pyriform arborvitae. He had to take some time to find this type of arborvitae as it isn't used very much any more but he wanted to match our plants as closely as possible. Scott was very pleasant to work with and got the work done quickly. Everything was left clean. He then trimmed our remaining old hedge for us, as requested, and did a very nice job of that as well.

Scott was responsive to my initial calls for a quote and was on time to give the estimate. I have many plants in beds that spill over into the grass, and he was very careful not to mow over them. Scott was willing to come over as little or as much as I see fit depending on how fast the grass is growing, and there was no contract to sign for a term of service. I am very pleased to have found his company! I highly reccomend them.

Works by the hour. Does a great job and does what I ask of him. Follows direction well.

We had trouble catching each other on telephone. Finally made appt, and he had to break it. Second appt, he never called, nor showed up!!! I waited all day, and would never use him again.

I was impressed from beginning to end. I will continue to give him my highest recommendation.

Scott called me back the day after I left a message requesting an estimate on seasonal yard maintenance giving me a day he would be able to come by. I called him back confirming that day and asked for a specific time. I did not hear from him again and he did not show up at any time during the day specified.

Very well. Scott was timely and personable and even did some of the work himself. He is experienced and knows what he's talking about it seems. I plan on using him on a regular basis.

Both Scott and John were great! Very prompt and efficient, and the work was great! Both are a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!
