Really great. We thought that Rescue Rooter was scamming us, and it indeed seems that they were. They quoted us at needing 3 major repairs in our sewer line, totaling some $13k. Root Excavation came out right away and looked at everything and said it seemed it was bogus. They offered to come back in several months with a follow up to see if the roots returned into our sewer line. Very nice, prompt, and professional. They saved us $13k!
Description of Work: Review prognosis and estimate given by Rescue Rooter. Root Excavation came out and looked at everything for free, and explained to us that Rescue Rooter was bogus.

Work was slow; equipment broke down several times. They made a huge mess and damaged concrete and landscaping. It took twice as long as they said it would and the price was more than estimated. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
