My contact at the company was very thorough in conveying information regarding move to me. In retrospect, I would not have spent the extra time and effort in obtaining the parking permit, signs and barricade, to post in the moving van and in the parking area anticipated to be in preparation for the moving date. It turns out that the van driver had moved someone to this location before and parked forward to the intersection designated as a bus stop. Additionally, when I gave him the Parking permit to post on the van dash board, he seemed quite unfamiliar with what it actually well. Also, even though a barricade with signs was posted on the block indicating, "No Parking starting "Week of ###", a small U-Haul was already parked in the area, apparently thinking it was being posted for him. With all that, in the end, even though an unnecessary added expense, the quality of the work was quite excellent!

We had 2 appliances to move, neither of them easy. They calmly problem-solved together how to do it. They were personable and friendly and comfortable to have in our home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Redefine Moving performed our house move from DeSoto to Arlington. The movers were punctual, professional, and hard-working but they caused extensive damage to furniture, newly installed flooring, and new paint. Redefine has refused to reimburse us for those damages. The onsite crew leader took photographs of the damage caused in our stairwell that ruined the new bullnose treads of the flooring and gouged/scratched fresh paint and walls completed the day before (I was assured by him that these damages would be addressed). My wife's desk with return and hutch had several pieces smashed and damaged. Redefyne did offer to cover tile damage that occurred but we are not going to rely on their assertions that it will be fixed. Buyer Beware!

it was quick and easy the price was good i had no trouble booking it the men were nice and professional got it done with no damage and the same men that picked me up delivered it

Beware!!! Aaron Schuller owner of Redefyne Moving and Storage assured us he would take good care of our things, WRONG! They moved our things into their storage facility while we waited for our house purchase to close. They lost 5 large boxes of linens from Neiman Marcus, 1 wardrobe and two antique chairs. 4 months later they found the items after swearing up and down they did not have them. They refused to reimburse us for the items we had to replace which were bedroom linens and clothing items. That is only the beginning! They broke a piece off of our inlaid mahogany table and lost it and left huge scratches on top of the mirrored finish. They broke a handle off of our Ethan Allan 7 drawer dresser, broke a foot off of an antique dresser, broke the feet off of a large statue we have had for years, left huge scratches on our 37"x52" gold leaf mirror and I could go on. We filed a claim with them and they finally after a year offered a little over $700.00 which was an insult after all the damage they have done to our things. The estimate to just repair the furniture items is $2,997.43. We paid them over $11,000.00 for the move the storage was free as they had a special for their moving customers at that time. We paid them $913.56 for insurance over and above the normal moving insurance which they never validated. We asked for the name of the insurance company etc. which they never provided! We contacted the DOJ of Oregon and they suggested small claims court, so I guess that is our next step because I don't think they have any intention of paying us! I have written letters which they do not answer and called and left messages to discuss this and they do not return my calls. I think they hope we will give up and go away! It has been an awful experience!
