+ -1 moreDale was on time and always polite. His price included materials, and he made very good suggestions as to what we could do with the area.
Description of Work: Rebuilt our front porch. He made it a lot larger so that we can now sit outside and enjoy the view.

+ -1 moreAll work was performed timely and below early estimates. Dale provided numerous ideas that we would not have thought of that made the finished job even better than we expected. Never "pushed" suggestions, but offered them for us to consider.
Description of Work: Remodeled our kithen, including stone floors, granite counter tops, expanding one door plus adding another, created a "window" between kitchen and dining room, new lighting, and more.

+ -1 moreWHEN WE CALL HIM, AND WE HAVE SOMETHING THAT WE NEED DONE, HE WILL TELL US WHEN HE CAN BE HERE AND HE IS GENERALLY RIGHT ON TIME. HE IS VERY GOOD. HE ONLY DID PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION, BUT HE SHOWED ME HOW TO PUT TOGETHER A FLOOR PLAN SO THAT WE COULD GET THE PERMIT TO PASS THE CITY CODES. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY NICE.
Description of Work: THEY FRAMED A SHOWER STALL AND RAN THE PLUMBING PIPES TO IT.
