+ -1 moreThe removal and install we're pretty straight forward. Jesse worked well with the other contractors on-site that day (electric & HVAC.) He readily assisted where he could. All debris was hauled up and out of our basement.
Description of Work: Working in conjunction w/Verde NW Energy, a Rheem Marathon lifetime electric hot water heater was installed.. This was part of a Clean Energy Works Oregon project of upgrades to our 1968 home which had only recently acquired (1 yr.)The 12 yr old gas water heater was removed and the gas line terminated. A dedicated circuit was installed at the panel; new supply lines were brought to the new water heater and connected. The entire unit was securely strapped to studding in the unfinished basement. Jesse went over the specifics of the new unit with us and left us with his card.

+ -1 moreThey answered the phone when I called and they were out the same day. They did the repair in a timely fashion and everything looked good. They billed me right there and everything was done.
Description of Work: Plumbing Concepts fixed a leak in a water pipe. They had to cut out some of the copper piping and install a new piece of copper pipe.

+ -1 moreI called to set up a time to repair a broken copper water pipe. A plumber was out within an hour. He replaced a few feet of copper piping. He then tested the pipe under pressure to ensure there was no leaks. I received a copy of the invoice and paid on the spot. They did a great job and I would use them again.
Description of Work: I had a leak in a copper pipe inside a wall. Plumbing Concepts came out and in less than an hour fixed what would have taken me all day and they had the parts in the truck to fix it.
