Oregon Blinds

They did a great job; I didn't have them cleaned 2 windows because it appeared as if they were damaged and the young window cleaners were sure of it. However, I called the glass install people who came and inspected them and apparently it was all on the outside of the glass (vs losing its vacuum). It is partly my fault for not having them try cleaning the smudges off.

Derek was definitely no-nonsense when he came out to give me a bid. He got the measurements, spoke briefly to determine our needs and came back that night with an emailed bid. The price was right and the product was exactly what we were looking for. It took a couple of weeks to get the blinds made and delivered but Derek emailed me when they were ready and set up a time for the install. Again, he was prompt, friendly and efficient. We love our blinds and Oregon Blinds!

Very well. The service person responded to our inquiry quickly and arrived on time the next day. Services were done efficiently and they were very helpful and friendly.

Mick was great. Very knowledgeable. Had both blinds repaired/tuned up in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company.

Lewis was very careful to close the doors as he went in and out many times to finish this project. We are most pleased with his attention to detail & he made our blinds look like new.

The service was great. He was very courteous and informative in giving me advice on how to care and maintain my other blinds. I'd certainly use him in the future if I needed the service.

In mid-July I contacted them about a skylight widow covering. Mick said he would try to come the next morning but also set an appointment for about a week later. He didn't come or call the next morning and was late the day of the appointment. He came to measure for the skylight window and didn't bring a ladder. Now how is that supposed to work? He said he was busy as his brother was on vacation and he would have him give me the price quote when he returned. Heard nothing from either of them. Called about a week or so later and spoke to Mick (who was now on vacation) and he said he would contact his brother, Derek, and have him contact me. Derek never once called me or stopped by. His only contact with me was by email. When I asked about pleat size and color he told me only available in 3/4and quot;. Told him I'd seen 3/8and quot; online and couldn't he get that and what about color. After more then a week and no customer service or much assistance I asked if he wasn't interested in doing the work. He replied back that his business had changed and they were doing install for 13 other business, were very busy and he didn't think they could provide the service I needed. Why didn't they just tell me that three weeks ago.

Derek is very professional, organized and reliable. He was very attentive to my needs and offered great advice on the various styles and manufacturers I could choose from. He does not pressure you into going one way or the other, and makes sure you are educated about the quality of the product that you choose. The blinds came in the anticipated 2 weeks, and Derek installed them quickly. He saved the skylight covering for last, and was careful to test it out and make adjustments, as needed. I was planning on taking care of the garbage/recycling the packaging, but he took all of the debris with him. Derek has a good eye for details.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Mike Eberhardt from EB3 came out to the house and repaired problematic pull strings on 3 of our top/bottom pull honeycomb blinds. Mike was extremely personable, friendly and worked very quickly. The quality of the job was very good. The repairs work better than ever. He also measured a couple of windows upstairs to help us pick out new coverings. I really liked that Mike had a lot of integrity. One of the blinds we thought needed to be restrung just turned out to need a little untangling and he did this at no charge. He could have easily restrung it and charged us and we would have never been the wiser. It's clear they value repeat business and building client trust. I would highly recommend EB3 for all any window covering, repair needs.
