Eric was prompt and professional and fixed our plumbing issues including installing a new faucet. We would absolutely hire NW Sundance Services again and weâ d request Eric be the one to help us.

I will always use this company for any hvac and plumbing issues that come up. Their service people are always responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Today they sent a plumber named Lamar, he was all of the above , as well as being very tidy, helpful and kind. I love this company.

The service was professionally done. My AC was up and running quickly and Jon was well done.

David Q was our tech and he was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and polite. He asked for all the relevant information, assessed the problem and quickly ran through a series of diagnostics to identify the problem. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it, advised on next steps and cleaned up everything before he left. Superstar!

Jason arrived on time identified the issue and remedied it quickly. He had to crawl under the house a couple of times and pop back into the garage a few more times. The washer drain pipe had been improperly installed, he aligned it, glued it and accomplished this in an hour. He was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. I was impressed by his professionalism and will not hesitate to reach out to NW Sundance Services in the future. Thanks Jason.

Do not hire this company, go to the Better Business (BBB) and look at all the bad reviews I have always had bad luck with this company and its lousy customer service the BBB gives NW Sundance services a 1-star review because of all the complaints they get about NW SUNDANCE services. My home warranty company which is First American home warranty uses them when you call to submit a claim I have contacted them about not using them anymore, please before you hire this company go to the BBB website and check out the bad reviews on NW SUNDANCE before hiring them!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment for an A/C tune-up (our home warranty company assigned the work to them). Was told they do not do afternoon appointments, and so I reluctantly agreed to an 8-12 window. On the day of, they were a no-call, no-show. When I called to find out what happened the next day, the explanation was routing changes and they offered me an appointment a week later for a time slot from 12-5. When I asked why I had been told they do not do afternoon appointments, the receptionist first said I do not know and then later said I do not think my co-worker said that; I asked the home warranty company to assign the work to another service provider.

This was probably the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a contractor/service provider. They were hired to unclog a drain, and showed up with no tools to unclog a drain, then advised us that because they were not getting paid their retail rate. When we called to speak with someone at the office, they refused to let us speak with the owner, and the office lady told us we were pretty much .. that they would not do this service even though we had been waiting 10days for this appointment... that is 10days without water ... the technician apologized, and pretty much said while he would not use the same words as the office lady, it was a correct description of what was happening, and they left without doing any work.

A technician came to our home 3 months ago to look at leaky facets. Upon inspection, it was determined that the faucets needed to be replaced and were therefore ordered. Since then, we have been waiting for the parts to arrive and Sundance, and their manager, Taylor, administrator, Hailey, and the technician have been unable to locate them or give us any alternatives to fixing our leaking sinks. The deadline, due to sale of the home, were known to the technicians and office staff since the original request. The deadline is this weekend and after countless phone calls and â we will look into itâ messages we have heard, we have been told that there is nothing they can do. Sundance, please help us resolve this issues by this weekend! Prospective clients, beware.

Unbelievable. A guy came out, after a 7 day waits with our water off, and immediately complained that ah man I thought it would be an easy fix, this sucks I have to cut into the wall...I said then please do that, I am paying you. He cut 2 big holes in the wall and found the leak But then immediately said hey I do not know how to fix this man, my boss could but he is too busy, I am done here. And he just left, left a Mess, and told me to fix it myself with tape or pay him $10,000 for full repipe. I called a different plumber to fix it, a real Plumber. They laughed at him and this company. Unbelievable.

I am very happy with the service and the attention to detail. Hans installed a new water heater for me and updated items that needed to be brought up to code. He made sure it worked properly and everything was clean when he left. I will use NW Sundance again.

Very prompt response from the first communication. Hans arrived on time and prepared a fair quote and got right to work. He was very thorough in his completion of the job and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs!

Very responsive and timely

My only complaint was the price. Very expensive for the job. The plumber was excellent, professional, on time, communicated well and did a great job. I was completely satisfied with the work. But the bill was too high and that's why I can't recommend them.

I feel they were overpriced and took 3 visits to get my issue fixed. We did appreciate the 3rd plumber that came out.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They did a couple of jobs for me. Replaced my water main and replaced a water heater and moved it for me. The problem I have with them is that I've tried to call them because the water pressure is now too high (83) and wanted to get them to put in a pressure regulator. The plumber who did the work (Noah, who is awesome) actually called me back and said it would be an easy fix but asked me to call the office to set up an appointment. Since then I've called six weeks in a row trying to get that set up. Unfortunately, they haven't called me back...It's been over two months. I can't recommend the company who doesn't call you back.

My water pressure in the only shower of the house had gone almost out. The bathroom sink pressure was also low as well as an issue in the kitchen sink with the hot water. I called NW Sundance on Tuesday and they came out on Saturday (didn't have to miss any work). Jeff was very professional and quickly fixed all my problems. So happy to have my shower back!! Very satisfied!!

I highly recommend NW Sundance. Setting up the appointment was easy, they called 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were coming like promised, arrived on time, and quoted me the repair price all in a very effortless matter.The plumber Jorge was a great guy. Very professional, outgoing and efficient. He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. Even disposed of the old unit for me, without even asking. I am very impressed with these guys and will use them again if the need arises.

Excellent service

The work was excellent and fast -- exactly what was needed. Cost was a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Very thorough work. Very professional. Looked for the answers like we were. The right guy for the job!
