I had a furnace and air conditioning installed. I was very impressed by this company. The bid was very reasonable and Shannon walked me through my options (I have uneven heating). The installers were prompt, courteous and stayed until the work was completed (7:30pm). They even fixed and replaced duct work that was not part of the bid and did not charge me more for it. I will use this company for any heating/cooling/plumbing issues in the future. Too bad they don't work on patios and fences!

I have also used their plumbing service which was excellent.

On time, knowledgeable, courteous, cleaned up after himself, did an excellent job identifying the problem quickly and replacing the part at a reasonable price.

They were great. After the A/C was installed, I discovered a water leak under the house. Shannon had a guy come by on Saturday to take pictures and Shannon himself came out on Sunday to repair it.

Much lower price than the amounted quoted by a plumber outside of the network.

I had a non urgent, slow leak from one of the shut off valves leading to my washing machine. I received a reasonable quote to replace both valves (one leaked, the other never worked) and the tubing to the washer. Because I had to work, an appointment was made for a few days later to perform the repair. He arrived on time and was done within an hour. I could not be more pleased, I will call NW Sundance again in the future for plumbing issues.

Excellent service and follow through. The repair person did have to return on a weekday when they could get technical support from Noritz and then we had to wait for the part to be shipped so we were without hot water for 5 days. They were great about keeping us informed and showed up all 3 times exactly when they said they would. The best part was that the rate was fixed and we didn't have to pay anything extra for all of the additional time.

We received excellent service at a fair price from this contractor. Our installer, Randy, was on time, courteous,and professional. He removed,resealed and reset our wall mount toilet with ease.
