As soon as I put the request online for a quote, the company called me and asked if someone could come over within a few hours. The serviceman came over and gave a fair quote. I accepted, and he completed the repair in no time! Great service and very friendly serviceman! I'd recommend!

I had a small project that I knew would not take a lot of time. They gave me a quote, did the work better than expected and stayed within quoted amount. I had to have them come back for another project and they finished extremely fast and at a rate I felt was very reasonable. It's hard to find honest and reliable vedors. NW Sundance is now a perfered vender and the ones I will call first from now on.

The rate charged was much higher than the amount quoted to me on the phone for a very simple job that took less than 10 minutes to complete.

Project is scheduled for next Wednesday, but completed all estimates over the phone and was pleased with Kim's efforts at getting my questions answered (and I had quit a few) before I made a decision. I am planning this work over the phone and was pleased to get this sewn down before I travel from my home in Boise to Portland where the work will be done. I have limited time off from my job to complete this, and if the work is done as well, and as courteously and timely as the information and estimate were given, I will be a 5 star rater.

We called to get a couple of leaks fixed related to our (old) tub plumbing. Turned out we had to replace the three handle arrangement with a single handle unit. Wes showed up on time, quickly determined the problem, got the part, came back and had the installation done by 1 pm. He was exceptionally courteous and efficient, and did an excellent job with the installation. I would absolutely not hesitate to call them again for any other plumbing needs we have. In fact, they will be the FIRST place I call!

Everything about this company is professional. They communicated a time, and were there. The initial quote for the work was reasonable (by plumber standards) and when he was finished the bill was even LESS! Under promised, over delivered- I am completely satisfied with this company and would definitely call them first the next time.

Wes went above and beyond what was required in order to complete our project (which I expanded) on time. His work is meticulous and his estimate and billing is completely honest and trustworthy. I recommend him to anyone needing a plumber and always call him when I needed any plumbing work done.
