Chris Roberts called about 30 minutes before our appointed 2 hr window to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time and did an excellent job on my toliet rebuilt, including cleaning up after himself. Is very friendly and professional and an assett to NW Sundance Services

11/2/10 Chris came back out today to complete my job. I am impressed with Chris and he will be my plumber for as long as I own this home. I have many plumbing jobs for him. I am very impressed with Chris and NW Sundance Services in general. Their prices are very reasonable and the work is well done. Wesley (THE boss) is also helpful and considerate. If you want professionalism, true value and a trustworthy company, call NW Sundance Services for your plumbing!! Highly recommend.

Very professional. Gave my a written estimate on the first visit. Did a good job installing my tankless water heater. Did it all in just one day. Their bid was $500.00 higher than the competitive bid. I hired them never the less. I just had a feeling they were more competent.

I had received a outraguous water bill, and found out a pipe must be leaking. I looked at list of referrals. Before I could make the call Derrick was calling me to see how he could help. I explained situation, he said they could be out by Monday. I said is it possible to come today? He called his office and got approval to come out and was here in half an hour! He was very professional, quick, and explained process throughly. I hired them, and he took care of it all and repaires were completed by Tuesday. I would recommend this company.

The young man that came and replaced our small kitchen water heater could not have been better. He was friendly and efficient and did a great job. He had to correct some things that had been left undone by a whoever had installed the previous heater. We are completely satisfied.
