+ -1 moreThe sales experience was good. That is why I bought it. The salesman is the person who is customer service oriented. Initially, they some encountered installation issues, but we worked it out.
Description of Work: We bought a Jacuzzi spa from them and had them install it.

+ -1 moreHeater was too small and overpriced. Option to re-build the much larger and better existing heater never mentioned. Anti-freeze control installed improperly and failed. Attempts to correct situation were fruitless. Would never recommend this company.
Description of Work: Replaced spa heater and filter. Installed anti-freeze device.

+ -1 moreJOB 1: HE RESPONDED PRETTY QUICKLY. HE FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY, SO THAT I COULD GET THE HEATER GOING. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND GOT IT DONE QUICKLY. ANSWERED OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD, ALSO. JOB 2: THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW ON RETURNING MY CALL. THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF ME, BUT THAT WAS FOR MY POOL. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND REPLACED IT THAT DAY.
Description of Work: JOB 1: THE HEATER ON THE POOL WAS NOT IGNITING. HAD TO CHANGE THE IGNITER, BECAUSE IT WAS BAD. ($157) JOB 2: THE HOT TUB POWER WOULD NOT WORK. THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE POWER SOURCE AND THEN FOUND THAT THE ELEMENT WAS BAD. REPLACED IT RIGHT AWAY. ($234)
