 + -1 moreWE WANTED TO BE SURE THAT THE RENTAL HOUSE WE WERE CONTEMPLATING TO PURCHASE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND WE WOULDN'T GET ANY SURPRISES. THE INSPECTION WAS DONE VERY WELL AND ACTUALLY SAVED US MONEY BECAUSE THE HOMEOWNER FIXED A COUPLE OF THINGS BEFORE OUR PURCHASE.
Description of Work: WE HIRED INTEGRATED INSPECTION SYSTEMS TO TO AN INSPECTION ON OUR RENTAL HOUSE.

 + -1 moreTHE PEOPLE AT INTEGRATED INSPECTION SYSTEMS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN INSPECTING OUR HOME. THEY FOUND SOME DRY ROT THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE SEEN AND WE WERE ABLE TO INCLUDE THIS IN THE FINAL OFFER WE MADE TO THE HOMEOWNER.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE HOUSE WE WERE GOING TO BUY INSPECTED BEFORE FINANCING.
