Very well! Joe worked closely with us to satisfy our dream of having our 'East Coast' screened in deck in the PNW. He was transparent about the unknowns and worked hard to find answers and solutions. Although it was a costly project, we are pretty sure the final product costs were significantly lower than our other bid(s). Joe found very high quality sub-contractor workers and negotiated to a favorable price. And, he also held true to his word. Specifically, he made right when property damage occurred (that was a result of unanticipated weather) and honored original estimate costs even when some contractor labor was much more extensive than first anticipated. We are very pleased with our finished covered and screened in deck and would highly recommend Joe as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair contractor who communicates well and often.

Joe did a wonderful deck replacement with some re building and and new railing and stairs. Also a bath remodel with shower repair and a beautiful tile job.

I met Joe because I fired the the first company I went with. I have hired plenty of companies to do work and most disappoint me in some way. There are always shortcuts, excuses or added costs, with workers who aren't invested in your project. From the very start, Joe and David treated my project like it was their own. David even looked over the work the previous company had done and fixed some issues without even being asked. Joe and David did an amazing job from start to finish! Homes with Style is a rare gem. Joe installed a new deck back in April 2022. He and his team did a great job. A year goes by and there was a issue with the deck material and railing, with no fault of his own. He responded to my message immediately and worked with the company to resolve. I had no out off pocket expenses. I was so impressed with his professional and responsiveness. While other companies would ignore requests after being paid, he was the exact opposite. He truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a project completed.
