It was good , they ordered it they came out when they said they would and did not worry that it will be done incorrectly

From start to finish, the people at Haven Spa, Pool and Hearth provided excellent service. Went to store, Randy showed me options, Stephan came and measured my fireplace and made recommendations, quotes were given, and a date was set up. Kyle and Nick arrived ready to work. Even though I said a drop cloth wouldn't be necessary because I have a big dog with muddy paws, they still covered my floor. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I appreciated that they did it all - arranging the electrical connection, building permit, the inspection. And, I love the insert. It's beautiful.

while it took a few weeks to get an appt for someone to come out, he came out today, a little early, fixed the issue and everything is back and running. lots of communication with me about timing and cost and scope. super nice technician. really quality, professional service.

We shopped around for a long time looking at different ones. We had previously purchased the last two at Oregon Hot Tub but the sales people were not that helpful and the quality didn't seem as good. This has stainless steel jets (not plastic) and even has a shoulder jet. The sales people were very knowledgable and we worked with Cassidy. She really knows about the product! I recommend talking to her if you are going to purchase one. Skyler, Steph, and Tyler delivered it today. They were top knotch!!!! Extremely professional and answered all of our questions. These guys went the extra mile for us.

I thought the hourly was a little high compared to a couple of appliance repair services we've had in recently, but--since he could do it on the spot--that seemed worthwhile. The parts were on the truck; the work was done neatly and quickly; all my questions were answered clearly and concisely.

Great. He inspected all parts to advise me and showed me how to clean and maintain it in the future.

They must be good...booked out a month in advance, but fit me into a vacated spot. Arrived both times within time frame quoted. Real happy overall.

We've had beautiful response and professionalism. We were having a plumbing issue. They did the test at no charge. They gave us some additional chemicals at no charge. They said this should settle it down, but if it doesn't we will come out and drain it for you, fill it and redo the chemicals to start over again. The owner's son was out here working just like the crew was out here working. They are just super, super people.

It was wonderful...Cheyanne was great to work with and Jason in finance really knows his stuff. Stephen (the owner) personally came out to install safety equipment for me as I am disabled.

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were professional, responsive, prompt and friendly at all stages of the job - from the person who answers the phone to the guys doing the job. I would definitely call them first if I have any other pool service needs.

Very well. The leak was fixed and the pool is holding water at a maintained level.

All of the pipes lead into one main pipe. They had to cut every one of them off to get to the bottom one. The pool was fixed and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. He was fabulous. Told me what needed to be done and did it right away.

Great guys! Very easy to work with, experienced installation crew. I drop in at their shop in Vancouver about once a month to buy chemicals and ask questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone buying a spa.

They were excellent. I like their friendliness and service. They were honest. They tried the cheaper way first to see if they can take care of it but they tried the cheaper way instead of hundreds of dollars away. He cut his thumb the day before so he was working injured.

My husband and I went to the Vancouver, Washington store on Highway 99 and 117th Street to possibly buy a hot tub. Rob assisted us and gave us all the information about owning a hot tub without any hard sell. He showed us exactly what we wanted. We put a deposit down on a floor model. Two days later I consulted my Physical Therapist about whether I could use a hot tub with my Lymph edema in my legs and was told that the hot water would certainly make the condition worse. When we returned to the store two days later, our deposit was refunded without question. We felt very comfortable dealing with the sales staff and never felt pressured. We will send any friend or family member to them if they show an interest in getting a hot tub, spa or pool.

I was having problems with the blower staying on ,on my gas insert fireplace they came out and cleaned it well and ran it to check if the blower would stay on the through cleaning did the trick.

Ricky and Kirk came by right on time and did a careful job. They were very friendly, professional, and tidy, and I could tell that they were highly experienced and knew very well what they were doing. The project happened to be difficult due to our metal roof and the need to place the new boot (for the new stove pipe) where the old one (for the old stove pipe) had been. The next morning we had some rain and I noticed that a drop of water had dripped from the support box down onto the top of the stove. I called Haven, and, although it was a Saturday, Kirk came by right away, followed by Stephan. They spent around three hours in the rain on the rooftop, where, rather than add more caulking, they disassembled the former work and re-did it differently. They then left smiling, telling me they were 99% sure that it was fixed but asking that I e-mail them during the next rain to confirm that no leakage continued. The next night featured a remarkable wind and rain storm, and yet no leaking has taken place. I was impressed not only that they stood behind their work but (1) with how quick they were to come when they heard about the leak, and (2) with how little regret they showed at having to spend more hours on the roof during a rain storm--something that they did with smiles and alacrity. They are fantastic people to work with and to trust.

I'd done 25-30 hours of research online about hot tubs and visited 3 other stores before going to Haven Pool Spa and Hearth. Brandon took an hour to answer all of my questions in an informative, non-bored, friendly manner. After a week of further researching, based on his information, I came back with more questions which he was happy to answer, including complimenting me on the research I'd done. As a result of this further information I ordered the Bella model of Nordic Hot Tub. Because they currently didn't have that model in stock in Oregon he explained it would take 8 weeks to arrive. It did and they did exactly what he said they would, called me to set up a delivery time and then delivered it during the first half hour of a 2 hour window. While waiting the 4 days to have the electricians come and install everying needed for a 240V line and grounding I went back to the store with the sample of our water that Brandon had asked me to bring. Within a few minutes he analyzed it and gave me a 2 page printout out of how much of each chemical I needed to put in initially and instruction for how much to put in each week, including the test strips that would tell me what to add. We've had our hot tub for 3 months now and it has worked perfectly. Everything Brandon described has turned out exactly the way he said it would. We use the hot tub nearly every day for an hour or more and are completely happy with it and knowing that if we ever did have a problem then Haven Pool Spaand Hearth will gladly help us out in handling it.

I'd done 25-30 hours of internet research and gone to 3 other stores before going to Haven Spa Pool and Hearth. Brandon spent an hour answering all the questions I had and showing me options. During that whole hour he was pleasant, informative and never made me feel I was being picky or naive. He continued answering the additional questions I had when I returned a week later after having done additional research. I ordered the model I'd chosen and they delivered it when they said they would. The delivery included them taking it from the truck, around the side of the house and placing it in the position we'd chosen. Brandon had me bring in a sample of the water in the hot tub, analyzed it in minutes and then provided me with a detailed printout of what chemicals I needed to add immediately and how to tell which chemicals and the amounts that would need to be added on a weekly basis. Throughout this process he provided great information, didn't push me to buy anything, listened to what I had to say and responded accordingly instead of pushing any agenda of his own. He even complinmented me on the quality of some of my questions. We've been using the hot tub for 2.5 months now and have found everything perfect. It works without problems and everything Brandon told me from features, chemicals, etc has turned out exactly the way he described it. Since we bought the hot tub from them we get a lifetime 10% discount on all our chemicals we buy there. FYI: We chose the Nordic spa, their Bella model which is designed for 2 people. I would recommend Haven Spa Pool and Hearth to anyone without reservations. They do business the way you would want it done.

Fern came out and he was wonderful. He showed me how to clean gas, light pilot light, and he even brought his own quilt to kneel on. He is very personable. Told me I don't need to call him for a few years, but when I need my fireplace cleaned again I will call him.

They came and worked on my gas heater in a rental, very neat and clean and would take his shoes off before he entered the home

The price was very reasonable. It was very good. He was prompt and explained what he was doing. I was very pleased. In fact, I will use them to open my pool. I think the price was pretty good. From what I understand, it was the going rate. It was a little more than I would have liked to pay, but it was okay. I know I made out okay. I am pleased with the quality so far. I guess I've find out when the pool gets open. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The folks at Haven Spa were very professional, had a good sense of what was going on with our old spa. On the 3 visits they made they were always prompt and they communicated effectively. They replaced the operating panel and later returned w/a new spa cover and lifter and installed it quickly and skillfully. My only complaint is that they didn't give us the paperwork to apply for a tax credit for the higher R-value spa cover, as promised.

They were on time, they are helpful at the store and they are a lot closer to our home than the other places we used to go to.
