+ -1 moreThe most important part of this to understand is they were hired by the HOA to complete CD repairs. However, after those repairs were done I discovered what I believed to be their fault. When they were confronted, they then said they did not do any sort of repairs on that side of my townhome. This is and was a lie, and I have the pictures to prove they lied about their scope of work. So, if you are OK with a contractor lying to you, feel free to hire them.

Description of Work: I used Sean Gores Construction to do window and door reinstallation, remediation work for some work that another contractor did incorrectly and then they are doing siding. We are currently using them.

They were very professional, very efficient and dependable.
Description of Work: Sean Gores Construction Inc did home repairs for us. It was for our condominium. They did major repairs before last time and then the last time they did kind of an overlook to see if everything was holding up well.
