Description of Work: They put on a new roof on residential and rental house. Both roofs had 2 layers. They did an excellent job and were a well oiled machine. All the workers got along and worked well together, They showed up around 0730 and worked all day till 7pm. |We also had them paint the exterior of our house. It looks great and I would highly recommend them. They cleaned up after the project was done.

Description of Work: Their communication between the sales person and the scheduler was very poor. First there was a problem with the schedule, then there was a problem with the amount quoted for painting the fascia board. They did not install ridge venting and new skylights per the contract and had to redo the work. They corrected it but left dozens roofing nails in the lawn and driveway. The roof looks great but the job did not go smoothly.

Description of Work: I had my garage's roof re-shingled, rain gutters put on and the entire garage painted. Three crews came out and did each part of the job. The roof and the rain gutters were not compatible and they had to undo about 3 foot of the new roof, place the gutters and then they nailed back down the shingles. There is now a wide space between the metal of the gutter and the plywood on the roof. When I asked about how protected the underlying plywood is from water damage, the reply was that it was under warranty. Otherwise, the garage looks great and the project manager was very responsive to my inquiries. But the crews left paint on the lawn, nails and some tools behind. Overall, I could not give them an overall rating higher than B.

Description of Work: Giron put a new roof on my house and garage. They did a great job doing everything they said they would do. The job was done very quickly with five roofers the first day! The second day they finished and did a great cleanup, you would never know they were here! Great job guys, thank you!

Description of Work: The roof of our house and garden shed was replaced. They made the whole process so easy by sending us a "What to Expect" email a week before the project and answering our questions very quickly. The install crew was punctual and did a good job cleaning up at the end. The sales rep we worked with came by a couple days after the install to verify the work was done as expected. Overall it was a great experience.

Description of Work: A fir branch was lodged in my roof. The branch was removed and the roof was temporarily patched. They came back a few days later and made the repair. The first visit was scheduled for date and time but they would only give me a date for the repair. It was after noon before the crew arrived to make the repair.

Description of Work: I found them responsive and easy to work with. We are in the process of gathering bids so a selection has not been made, but their pricing seems a little higher than some.

Description of Work: We had wind damage to our roof. Since the damaged part was about 17 years old, it made more sense to replace that half as opposed to repairing about 20 shingles. We got three estimates. Giron was in the middle of the prices, but they also said that they could repair our fence which was damaged, too. They did an excellent job. Our only problem was that we had to call them back three times to get an estimate on the fence.

Description of Work: I had the cover on my carport replaced with polycarbonate due to wind damage. This is the 2nd job GIRON GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LLC has done for me. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on schedule and charged me what they quoted. Will use them again.

Description of Work: I got an estimate to replace missing shingles which was $700 for approx 15 shingles. This cost could be applied toward the cost of replacing the roof in the future. First of all, this is a ridiculous price to replace a few shingles. Second, I don't know for sure if I would want them to replace my roof, I haven't seen their work. Needless to say I didn't hire them to do the work.

Description of Work: I had a small roof repair and a downspout repair to get an estimate on. They came out twice to look at it (the 2nd time to look at the downspout he forgot to look at the first time). Neither time was I given an estimate. I called 3 times trying to get an estimate and never returned a call back.

Description of Work: They called 10 minutes after the scheduled time to give me an estimate. Left a message saying they couldn't come out until 2:30 and if that would work, call them back. It wouldn't work so I didn't call back. They called at 2:30 to say they were at my gate. Not the kind of company I want to hire.

Description of Work: This was remove and replace asphalt roofing with Malarkey Architectural, 30 year Warranty, 20 year moss repelling, approximate 2014 square feet. They replaced all vents and pipe flashing, installed drip edges. Was told by Jose job would be completed in two days. Crew consisted on two on demo day, only one doing the reroofing, so it took 2 1/2 days to clean up. Worker did very good job of cleaning up and nice job of applying roof.

Description of Work: I called and expressed some concerns regarding my back gutter (which they repaired in April); they came out within a couple of days and resolved the problem. I have recommended them to my friends and family and will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: they replaced my 23 year old roof. I was told the job would take 2 days, however they were done in one long day. They arrived exactly at 8:00am as promised and didn't leave until 6:30pm that evening but everything, including cleanup was done. They did an excellent job at cleanup, I haven't found even a nail on the ground. Hopefully I'll never need a new roof in this house but I would definitely hire Giron again.
