G's Concrete Inc

Great. I had to wait a while as they are very busy, and I had to track down Gerardo ("G") to get updates on when they could do the work. But once they were able to get to my project they were efficient and did a great job. I've had three previous concrete jobs done (steps, driveway and patio) by a "high end" concrete contractor, and G's crew did work every bit as good looking as my other more costly projects. G had to work with the inspector on a minor issue, and he handled that deftly. If you can wait until they have time, these guys do great work. I'd definitely hire them again should I have the need for concrete work.

Oh my goodness! G and his crew are, by far, the best in their profession. G was great at keeping me informed about the job and what to expect. His crew were all very delightful and fun to watch as they crafted the slope and layout of the driveway. I would definitely recommend G's Concrete Inc. to my friends, family and neighbors.

They are very busy this time of year so have several jobs underway. Started as agreed and followed all of my special instructions for the driveway. They have all of their own equipment and are real craftsmen. It is a family business with a great deal of pride in their work. Gerardo applied the 10% discount to the cost. The estimate came in considerably lower than some others.

It didn't. He didn't want to take my email address so he could send a written quote and asked me to email him with my email address. I emailed him as soon as I got home. Several days went by with no response so my co-board member asked me to email Gerardo again which I did asking how the quote was coming. There was a response from Gerardo asking for my email address! Needless to say he never sent a quote. My advice to him is if you can't or don't want to do a job just be honest. Don't waste our time. The only reason he didn't get an 'F' is because he did show for the appointment.

I haven't had any calls or emails from Geraldo since.

Geraldo and his 4 workers did a fantastic job. They broke-up & removed the existing concrete, installed new forms, added rebar to the base, and poured concrete over a 2 day period. After 3 days to cure the concrete, they returned to remove the forms and more importantly, cleaned the surrounding work area to remove all debris from the area. I am very impressed w/ the quality of service that Geraldo provides and would recommend him to be the primary provider for Angie's List customers.

G was amazing. He returned my initial inquiry promptly, gave excellent advice, and all of the services were performed beautifully and on time. People are still stopping me to ask who did the work and to comment on what a beautiful job it is.

Very well done. They are very efficient, courteous, professional and friendly. They dug dirt from the area for the patio and after completing the patio moved the dirt where I wanted it. They also made sure the poles for the clothes line were in the right position. I would definitely hire them for any other concrete work I would need to have done.

Good initial work. Crumbling of the concrete 2 years later and unresponsive to help me fix it.

Everything went as well if not better than I expected. Seriously, I can't say enough good things... they showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up at the end of each day of the project. And now the water drains around my house better than I thought possible, and looks great! Thank you G! and crew... Vincente, Jesus, Mini G, Diego and all.

Gerardo and his team were great! Responsive, prompt, hardworking and professional. The craftsmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend G's Concrete.

It went flawlessly. G came and met me the day after we first talked, had a reasonable bid to me within a day or so, then performed the work shortly after. The work was done quickly, and looked about twice as good as I was expecting.

We 're happy with process and product. G had to wait for a dry spell to get it done, but all worked out well.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Geraldo and his workers. Geraldo came out and provided me a written estimate, we talked about different options and he never tried to pressure me in doing more than I wanted. One thing that sticks in my mind was a comment he made, "Anything you want either of myself or my workers, the answer is yes". I did put that to the test. On the front walkway, I decided, after seeing the forms laid out, that the corner was to squared off and I would like to have more of a "wave" type look. They said OK and made the change with no question or attitude. Geraldo took care of getting the necessary permits and made sure he was here when the inspector came. He followed up with me about two months later to see if I had any issues, which I did not.

Geraldo was out later the day that I called and did the job. We weren't home called back and said how does it look are you happy?? I was so surprised so far all other contractors did not call back or did not show up. I would definitely hire again. He also charged A LOT less and as much as 50% less than competitors Geraldo did an excellent job too

I could not be more impressed with the work G and his entire team did. People stop me in front of my house to say how amazing it looks--and they're right! From my first call, G was responsive. When I explained what my vision was, he said it would be damaging to the house siding and wouldn't do it, but he also then provided alternative ideas. His integrity was the selling point, but the quality of the work was so high that I recommend him to anyone would needs concrete work.

Very well. The crew was prompt and very detail oriented. They removed the old patio and part of a sidewalk on the side of the house. They prepped the area for the new patio and walkway and installed forms. After almost two week delay due to rain, they poured and stamped a new concrete patio and extended the new walkway from the the patio around to side of house. They colored and stamped the concrete. Came back a couple days later and applied sealer. Very nice work.

I am very pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I was so pleased that I hired to do the same kind of job at my investment property and he once again did a great job. I fully recommend him to anyone needing concrete work done.

Mr. Herrera was very professional and reasonable with his pricing. In fact, neighbors & friends were referred to him by me when they saw his work at my place. He goes beyond what is expected of him without much fuss and his crew is just as courteous and professional! Because he worked during the high peak of summer & perhaps his Company was engaged in other jobs at the same time as mine, there were minor delays. He had no objections with rectifying a minor problem I pointed out of a concrete crack that appeared after three weeks that the concrete was laid out. BOTTOM LINE: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We had a contractor to look at our project. He said he would provide an estimate but we never heard back from him. We called, emailed and left messages on this site but never got a response.

He determined that nothing was needed to be done. I have used this company before for a patio build. They are awesome and will use them for any needs that arise.

Went very well. The guys that were working on my project were professional and answered all questions.
