The installation team was professional, respectful or our business processes, cleaned up after themselves, and did everything that was promised. I absolutely, without a doubt, would use them again and recommend them to others.

The installers, two young men spent lots of time showing us how to set up & access the information on our phones.

The sales person educated us on the technology options and offered suggestions based on our needs. The installers were on time, very polite and professional. They gave options for camera views and good instruction on using the system. The cameras look very clean on my house and they do not detract from the look of my home.

I was contacted very shortly after my search. Set up date for estimate was convenient for me and Don was right on time. His experience in what he does showed immediately. Estimate was fair and set up install date. Crew arrived right on time cared about the project and communication was great. Job took two days to complete. Cleanup and finalized the project went smooth. Yes I would recommend ECS for sure.

ECS did an outstanding job installing our surveillance camera system. The techs were very professional and helpful on where the cameras should be placed for optimal coverage. they set up our mobile accounts as well as instructions on how to download and use the app. I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them.

While technicians were literally installing my camera system because of a drunk trespassing neighbor , he literally came over about 4 times , threatening my life & bothering my two technicians putting up cameras. I had to dial 911 and the technicians witnessed the bad neighbors & wrote a statement for me saying what they saw for the police. Thankyou so much.
