+ -1 moreThey do good work, but we thought it was really expensive. They came over and they had to order a part and they called us pretty fast. They fixed it promptly and they left the area perfectly clean.
Description of Work: My air conditioner was leaking and they had to fix it. We pay a yearly fee for them.

It is such a delight to be treated with respect and feel that your business is important to them. NOT just another number. They care enough to thoroughly understand your business and seek out the best solution for your individual company. How amazing is that ? Our Accountant was impressed with the cost savings our company experienced. We continue to be completely satisfied with their service and do not hesitate to recommend them !
Description of Work: eCom Merchant Solutions provides our small business with an extremely cost effective, and efficient Merchant Payment Gateway. Thier solution not only addressed a small business whose largest sales volume tends to be seasonal, but also allowed us to expand our market beyond what we thought possible. They are quick to notify thier customers of new technology as it becomes available that could offer a potential savings to the company. They assisted me and walked me personally through the maze of setting up the merchant gateway. This is NOT a company who once you are on board forgets that you exist ! They continue to be just as responsive to any concerns or questions that you may have as they were initially. I have found them to be very Customer Orientated, Professional, Profcient, Dedicated and Knowledgeable. They are always available to help you !

However, their service is great. You can always get a hold of someone. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. They problem solve quickly and efficiently.

You could actually call and speak with someone as opposed to calling a customer service line and speaking with someone reading from a script. They took the extra step to ensure everything was worked out with my American Express. Their prices are competitive and I am very happy with their service.
