Dan was very polite and professional and all of the workers he used were the same. He bid at a higher price than the final price as he saved me some money through the project by only doing work that needed to be done and not doing other work that was not needed. We faced some major issues as there were 2 large concrete decks that are a part of the actual home. The decks were having problems with leaking and this created some issues with dry rot in the wood. I requested 3 quotes and Dan was in the middle of the three quotes, but given that he was very professional and polite I decided to go with him. He gave me a quote of $19,000, but ended up only charging $17,000 as the dry rot was not as extensive as first assumed. Although he could have requested to come in through the home to access the decks he chose to use scaffolding and even put in a porta-potty so they did not have to disturb us any more than needed. The work was completed quickly given the large scope and the results were high quality. Mostly I really appreciated Dan?s down to earth mannerisms and his concern to ensure I was happy with the job. If I need any further construction work done (major or minor) I will call Dan first. Dan is five stars all the way.

However, after talking with the owner DANIEL D. ROTH, I was impressed with his experience, knowledge and straightforward answers to my questions. His bid was reasonable. The construction team arrived at the scheduled time and quickly began work. The crew, Jeremy, Juan and Blake were very skilled, hard working and agreeable. They often checked with me during the process. I suggested a few miner changes that were made without hesitation. They used extra caution when working around the flowerbeds and shrubbery. No damage was done. The project was completed in five days with better than expected results. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned up the work area and checked to be sure certain we were completely satisfied. The Dan D. Roth Construction Company is among the best construction companies we have worked with. It was actually a pleasant experience and I don?t hesitate to recommend them to others.

He is always on time. When he quotes you a price he comes back on or under budget. He did an absolutely wonderful job and pays very close attention to detail.

They did a great job on everything. The entire project went fantastic! They did their best not to block the bedroom, they used all materials necessary to keep furniture and flooring free from dust and debris. They passed every inspection on the first time, without a hitch. They were very friendly to work with and I always felt free to instruct what I wanted in my design. Beautiful work, guys! Thank you! I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again for any future remodel or building needs!
