We started looking for a house November of last year, but didn't want your A-typical white picket fence with cozy family room house. We needed space-outside and in the garage/shop and didn't give a hoot about the house. This became a challenge as we are first time home buyers who only had 3% down. Claudia walked into the picture, took all the details we were looking for and started the search (not much available that will qualify for FHA under our requirements...) she was apply to provide us with more options than we had previously found. After a few transactions that didn't go so smoothly due to seller's who refused to believe it is a buyers market, we found a place that fit all of our needs AND we could afford it! Claudia arranged for all of the inspections, contractors, worked out all of the repairs and addendum's so that we could get the most for our money. She was there every time we started in on the buyer's roller coaster of emotions and she even came to the closing to make sure that we understood ALL of the documents that we were signing. I had to ask her for a handful of business cards, I passed out all the ones I had already!
