Description of Work: I was very pleased with the ambitious and courteous team of workers. They did a nice job of protecting my landscaping and cleaning up. Communication was a bit of an issue, however.

Description of Work: Not only was the roof cleaning and moss treatment done efficiently and fully at a reasonable price but the crew actually left the property cleaner than they found it. Bliss has done other work for us in the past and always performed to the highest expectation. They will continue to be our go to for roof and gutter repairs and maintenance.

Description of Work: Tear-off and replaced our roof. There was some slight damage to our siding. They sent someone out to repair it before ever sending us an invoice for the completed roof. They were very professional and we would highly recommend them for your roofing projects.

Description of Work: The Bliss Roofing crew did a total tear-off of the roof of my house, and put on new roofing. It was a big job, but they did very good work, with careful cleanup at the end of the each day. The work was also done in a timely manner, and the crew were very hard-working and capable.

Description of Work: Bliss stripped old cedar shake ripping off. Plywood over the Skip sheeting and put on a composition roof. Looks great. Roofers were great to work witb would highly recommend them again. They did the other two houses in my cul-de-sac.

Description of Work: Bliss completely replaced the shake roof of my home. This was a rather large job in that the house is approximately 3000 square feet. The work crew was punctual, worked hard and best of all thoroughly cleaned up after the project.

Description of Work: Found a leak in my roof, also found mold in ceiling. Replaced what needed to be replaced, cost was less than I had anticipated. I felt they were honest. Seemed very honest to me. I had other bids and their was a comma in the number. I chose Bliss and was very happy with the outcome. |

Description of Work: I am going to try to be as fair as possible. I choose Bliss Roofing based on Angest's list. I e-mailed their list of referals several folks and got good responses back. I was ready to sign the contract; but the estimator Scott, forgot we had an appointment to do that very thing. Wow, you have the business; yet you don't remember to get the deal done. Scott and I were supposed to meet at 10:00 Am to sign the deal, and i remember him saying 10:00 or so ( a immediate red flag) but I said okay. When I first visited Bliss roofing and asked for the estimate, Scott was wishwash on the time. So that was Okay, first time, it was even okay second time. When it got to be 10:40 ish it seemed to be out the window so i called Scott. Scott sounded like I woke him up. He did not know who I was ( I'll give himn credit for that as I must have woke him) I told him who I was and asked if he was going to meet me to sign the deal. To his credit he said i will drop everything and come over right now. I said this does not bode very well for Bliss roofing and asked "Can you guarantee me tha tif you get the roofing job and it is decided upon any given day you will show up your trucks will be there, if not I will need to get another roofer. Scott said then you better get another roofer. Wait there is more. I called Bliss Roofing and asked to talk to the owner who of course was not there. I got the GM insteaad. She was very appoligetic, asked if she could call Scott and would call me back. I said ok. She called back and said that Scott was sorry he missed the appointment and sorry he suggested I get another roofer. She said Scott was non -confortationable and felt his and my conversation was going nowhere. Hence his suggestion to look elsewhere. I have not ruled out Bliss roofing, as I told the GM; but I have spoken with JBC Roofing Tigard Or. 503-968-1035. They are coming out Monday to give me a bid. So stay tuned I will report again fairly. If infact I use Bliss (with Scott not in the picture) I will let you know how they did. If I use JBC I will let you know how they did. The sad thing about Bliss is I am a Realtor doing about 15 houses a year give or take. Not all need roofs, but every now and then. What a better recommendation can i give my clients than i used them on my own house. I perfectly realize they are not going to go out of business because I as an individual think poorly about them, but in this ecconomy you/we need every job we can get.

Description of Work: We used Bliss Roofing to redo the whole roof. He had a subcontractor do the gutters.

Description of Work: They removed cedar shakes, and replaced them with Certainteed Landmark Premium 50 year limited lifetime laminate with streak fighter.

Description of Work: Complete re-roofing. Also required intricate stucco cut-out and replacement to properly handle flashing where porch roofs connect to the house sidewalls.

Description of Work: Bliss came out to do some annual cleaning, put down protection and cleaned off some moss and debris off my roof.

Description of Work: Removed old layers, put on a 30 year laminate roof. Removed old chimney, replaced some wood.
