Both reps were very polite. They were both knowledgeable about the Gas Furnace. They took their time to explain to me what was going on with my 40yr old furnace and helped me to select the right furnace for my home. Neither one of them was pushy or trying to get me to buy more than I needed.

We were advised to replace our 46 yr old furnace rather than spend the money to replace the thermostat. It was an easy decision. The incentives they offered to install a new ac were just too hard to pass up and they did everything in just 2 days! Top notch.
