took a while to get an appointment because they were booked up. Very nice to work with. They took some photos inside the ducts and they seemed to know what they were doing so I am confident the ducts are clean.

Service was installing a new 240v outlet for a new electic range. Service tech helped me remove the old drop-in range to gain access to the wall outlet location. Very friendly - would definitely use again.

This would have been a 5 star review but the repairman had to come back the next day due to a broken wire. Since the outlet he had fixed was for our refrigerator, this was rather disturbing. But quick work with extension cords helped the situation. Hope next time is better.

The technician was on time for the appointment, wore booties in the house every time he came in, and was quiet while he worked. He explained everything he was doing and asked if I had any questions. Very expensive to replace a couple of light fixtures / ceiling fan where existing wires are already in place. The technician arrived on time & did provide the cost upfront, which was so expensive we only had one thing done. I then found another company to do the other work for 1/3 of the price. The ceiling fan A-temp installed, with a fan box, shakes (not stable) 2 days after the install.

Technician was upfront about cost and the various options we had. The service charge seemed high.
