I needed help with a very simple job, needing difficult ladder work, and because of my age related health issues, I could not do on my own. A-Temp was the only provider of 3 that responded to my inquiry. Justin was very personable and professional and performed the service expediently. My only issue is that I was quoted a price that was only the amount needed to send a tech to the home, so subsequently I paid more than twice the over the phone quote in order to complete the job. Unfortunately that was not clear to me. However, I was glad to pay for the service because it needed to be done.

Great customer service from the office staff to the field staff. We were helped by Justin, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I'll be using A-Temp in the future.

He listened to my problem and concerns and was very focused on tracking down my problem. Originally i had been told by the family handy man that it was a breaker panel issue. It was not, it was a lifted connection in a different room but on the same circuit as my problem. Very professional and quick.

Initially, I was very happy. I arranged to have the work done and was told that it would be a 1-day job. I took time off work to make sure the installer understood everything that I wanted. He then told me that he had four other stops that day and could only install one outlet for me, or one of a couple of other partial installs. I contacted A-Temp and asked why, since the work was scheduled, that I wasn't getting the work done that was agreed upon. Understand that I wasn't haggling over a price, I just wanted the work completed. I was told that someone would get back to me right away. a few days later I received a bid for additional work that I did not even request which included a subpanel and a 240 volt feed to my shed. I simply wanted some outlets and lights, there was no reason for a 240 volt feed, nor a subpanel. All I needed was a circuit to the shed and a circuit to a refrigerator on my back patio. These could have been run from my existing panel. Anyway, the bid did not represent what I needed so I asked the bid be revised. I have never heard back from A-Temp. I hired this company because I recognized the name and read the reviews. I was certainly not impressed and would encourage others to shop around. I have since been out of town for an extended time, and being away, I haven't had opportunity to seek another electrical contractor. Needless to say, I still don't have lights our outlets in my shed. Signed, disappointed.
