The process from start to finish was professional. Work was completed on time and on budget. When David said a worker was going to be on site, someone was there. He took extra care to make sure I was satisfied with his work and the appearance and did little extras to accomplish this. He was careful to explain when he would have to charge me above the estimate.
Description of Work: David White designed and built a block retaining wall including footing, rebar, faced block, red brick cap, drainage and back filled with gravel. No permits were required.
