Made contact with me quickly, was able to get me on the schedule sooner than most and gave later me the opportunity to schedule sooner when the schedule opened up rather than go fishing :-). Reasonably priced, friendly team. Would definitely recommend. Very much appreciate it!

Wayne was very up front when doing the evaluation concerning the costs of removing old carpet and disposal versus not. He worked to accommodate my schedule for installation. They very courteous during the work and had the carpet installed in roughly to hours as I had removed the old carpet.

Wayne and his two sons, Elliott and Kevin, stretched two rooms and tidied up loose ends in the hallway. I now have my carpet back! The bedroom was not difficult and they found more wrinkles than I knew. The huge family room carpet was a nightmare. It was a Berber with patterns and lines and a very tough carpet to handle. With wrinkles in various places, they carefully thought out the process to make sure the lines didnâ t get wavy. Air vents and hardwood floors were a consideration. Viola! Like magic, it was done. They returned furniture and cleaned the areas. They work well together. Give them a call. Iâ m very happy that I did.

We had a toilet overflow and flood the master bathroom master bedroom, hallway, and part way into the other two bedrooms, second bathroom, and living/dining area. The search was on to find the right people to put in new flooring for the entire house. Why did we pick the Turners? We we're impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, expertise, and knowledge. They are a family business. We both grew up in businesses and are very partial to them. The "clincher" was their attitude towards my Grandmother's bed. When they came to see the house, we had removed the other pieces from the bedroom set, but the bed was still there. It is lare 1800"s, hand carved, hand inlaid-absolutely gorgeous with a lot of sentimental value. They were very respectful of this, expressed concern over even moving it back and forth in the room, and assured us that they would be very careful with it. It really touched our hearts. The family business consists of the father, Wayne, and his two sons, Kevin and Elliott. Wayne has taught his sons how to do flooring since they were small children and has done a fantastic job.
