Titan Heating & Air Conditioning

I was the first person to live in my home. I’ve have lived here five years. This company, Titan Heating and Air, installed the heat pump in this home when it was built. I began having issues with the heating unit and had Titan come out a total of three times to repair the issues. However, they never repaired the unit and now will not return my phone calls. I ended up using a different HVAC company who investigated the heating unit and found many issues. Specifically, the heat pump has a refrigeration unit outside on level ground and a second unit in the attic. We were informed these two units are not even compatible but should be! Since they are not compatible, in the winter all the Freon in the attic unit eventually drains out and the system then kicks into emergency heat which causes my utility bills to be very high. We also found one of our bedrooms does not have duct work that Titan should have installed. The end result is it will cost me $10,000 to replace my heating and air conditioning unit and duct work because Titan Heating and Air did not install the correct heating unit.
