.Did a good job detail power washing the log features around the house which was a slow and detailed process. They are 10 years old and have collected water damage, mold, and dirt and UV damage over time. They were pretty well prepared for new sanding and treating by his power washers. I found out later however that the best way to do this work is by applying a cleaner first, letting it dry and then power washing the cleaner off. It was the first time for us and for Dave to do this type of process. The windows were done well in and out and we were happy with the log work and the windows. The house power washing however wasn't as detailed as we expected and there are several areas where we will have to back over with a tall broom and detail off some cobweb looking things and some window sills that we would have expected to be cleaner. And then when his crew left they packed up a new hose we had in the driveway and put it in their truck (inadvertantley I'm sure). Replacing that will be a little annoying

I got an estimate from them in the summer. Then I called and emailed SOWC tree times in the past month to schedule the work and I got zero response.

Telephone communication was done with the owner Kiva. The actual work was done by Shannon. The initial date of service had to be rescheduled due to a conflict on Kiva's end. I work Monday through Friday so I had to schedule this appointment on the weekend. The fact that he works on Saturday was very important to me. Though I never met Kiva he was very prompt in answering my emails and telephone calls and left me clear and concise telephone messages. Always very personable. Shannon was awesome. He was friendly, courteous and efficient and just to just a pleasure to meet. I have a two-story house with over 30 windows. At this time I elected to have Shannon clean the inside and outside of each window, and brush each screen clean. They have a more intensive cleaning service and I might do that when spring cleaning comes around. I highly recommend you visit their website it's very clear and can help you obtain an estimate for services. I love how sparkling clean my windows are and I would not hesitate to use this service again. When Shannon left, besides crystal clear windows, you could not even tell he had been there. No mess left outside.

I had lost their phone number, but found them again on Angie's list. I was so happy to have them come back to my house as they had done a excellent job in the past. I wasn't disappointed; they again did a great job. They are very careful to take off shoes to come inside to do the insides of the windows and very careful of all my belongings while they work.

I have used them for over five years and will continue to use them. They come from 30 miles away, so they come from a different city. They do work in my neighbor's house too. I checked around with other places and I think with them you pay for what you get. The quality of their work is very good. They are very professional. The people working for this company are very polite. They come in and start the work right away. They finish their work and clean up after themselves. They clean the screen and the windows inside and outside. I have a large house with many windows and they clean all of it. They are always very punctual.

I would recommend them. My neighbors used them too because I've used them and they all liked what they did for me. So they started using them. They are a little bit high in terms of price but I've had three window cleaners and they've done the best job. So it's worth paying that little bit extra. The quality is extremely good. They are always on time and if not, they call. Sometimes they get stuck at houses where someone has asked them to come in and do a job, and they would expand on the job and it becomes more than what they allotted time for. Their punctuality is very good. I've been using them for seven years. I will use their services again in the future if I needed to. They worked out fine.
