I have used Quality Water for years to keep my water filteration. I didn't know they did holding tanks until I called them in a panic when my water kept slowing to a trickle. They were so helpful. Within days I had the estimate and I was scheduled to have the tank and equipment installed. They guys worked in horrible heat to help get me set up so I wouldn't keep running out of water. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and being able use water whenever I want.

We needed a new owner orientation to our well water system. They were able to schedule a visit with little wait. Arrived on time, very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Travis checked and verified the need to service and replace filters in the kitchen tap system, plus he took several water samples from that system and direct from the well flow, to establish baseline measurements to compare on later service visits, since water chemistry can vary from season to season. We appreciated the thorough service call.

I have been with Quality Water Systems since 2006. They have always listened to my concerns and responded when needed. My well has given them many challenges and they have conquered them all. The guys are always polite, discussing solutions and costs. They always arrive within the window they give me, which is much appreciated.

Our experience with Dave, Tyler and Levi at Quality Water Systems was simply amazing. It is rare to find a company that is honest, communicates well, walks you through the project and does exactly what they say they are going to do. Water treatment is not easy, it is science mixed with construction. Hiring a great partner for this is critical and QWS is one I'd recommend and hire again and again. Dave's work to engineer our huge Reverse Osmosis system project with a new well and high-flow rate filtration system to take high levels of Boron out of our water was top-notch. Dave and I spent many hours together planning and executing the project. He never got frustrated or flustered, and he answered many questions while also dealing gracefully with the occasional water emergency from another client that needed his immediate attention. The outcome was a solid system that wiped out almost all of the Boron and other particulates and has already processed 194,000 gallons of water into perfect drinking and irrigation water. Levi is super knowledgeable and one of the hardest workers I've ever been around. He is smart, helpful, and calm, even when a challenge would crop up--which will happen on any large project. He was prompt and communicated well throughout the project and was able to help us save time and cost by coming up with really good solutions, while working hard through even the hottest days of the summer. His work was neat and tidy, and along with the rest of the crew I felt completely comfortable having them around knowing they'd look after everything and clean up after each day. He is willing to tackle any task, and takes picture of everything so that we can backtrack & troubleshoot if there is ever a problem in the future. Tyler is funny and engaging and has done a great job to install some of the RO components as well as service our filters and get our remote monitoring system setup. He too worked through hot days to get our system up and running, and was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Incredible work ethic from all 3 guys, including a few evenings that stretched to 8p when we were up against needing to wrap up portions of the project to be ready for the next step. I can't say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend QWS if you are looking to create a long-term, robust solution that will last a lifetime and work efficiently.

Quality water installed a whole house water purification system, water softener, and storage tank for us. We were so pleased with their work, that we hired them again to replace our river pump used for irrigation. David, Tyler, and Levi are awesome! They are knowledgeable, responsive, and very particular about their work. If you are looking for a company that cares about its customers, and the quality of their product and services, this is the one to choose!

Cassandra was the person that came out and explained what we needed and then came back when we were ready to purchase. She also did the install. She is great at explaining everything. It was a real pleasure working with her and Quality Water.

David was a great find. He was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to happen. He also worked hard to get everything done in the short time frame that I needed it done. He and his crew, stayed late into the evening to ensure the job was done on the day of installation and within the time frame we had to work in. The prices of equipment and labor were fair and market price. I would highly recommend his service to anyone in need of it.

David the owner was very professional, and knowledgable. I am very please with the quality of my water and so far what he told me as far as annual maintenance has been spot on. No surprises, which made me very happy. It wasn't the cheapest system out there but so far it has performed better than my expectations. David made sure to give me all the details about my system, so I was not left in the dark. Anytime I need service he is quick to respond and get me scheduled in. Also it is nice that I usually get him on the phone every time, if not he calls me back promptly. Very happy and would recommend him to anyone needing to treat their water.
