From estimate through completion of the job, I was very satisfied with the company's performance. When I let the workers know that I would like one area finished off more completely (a purely aesthetic preference) they immediately took care of what needed to be done. The fence has been up for a year now, and I've had no problems with it.

Quality Fence came out and measured for my job. The representative professionally answered all of my question. The problem is they never gave me an estimate for the job, even after I requested it twice. I ended up going with another company, as it appeared Quality Fence must not have wanted the work.

The quote person was extremely difficult to communicate with. We then thought pictures would help. However, he didn't have pictures of fences to show us. If it wasn't on his web site, he couldn't bring up an example. When we did get a quote, it was $4,300 for 41 feet of a simple cattle panel fence. Seemed awfully expensive to me. We got a bid from Superior that was about $1700. But, Superior's work is terrible—unbelievably shoddy. So, given those two choices, even though we are in our late 60s and have never built a fence, we did it ourselves. We made double gates. We painted the brackets to hold the 2x4s. We had a bunch of Trex 2x4s that we used for the tops. $60 for way more cattle panel than we needed (from the grange). Six 4x4s. Eighteen 2x4s (would have been 24 had we not used the Trex we already had), cement, galv. wire staples, screws, hinges, latch, little 2x4-type galvanized brackets and paint to make them match the wood. And wood preservative for each cut into pressure treated wood. That's it. About $295. Neither Quality Fence or Superior Fence were going to use pressure treated wood. Neither were going to take the time to fit the cattle panel into each opening, instead they were just going to staple the panel on the inside of the framework. So how could come up with $4,300. Around the corner a woman used Quality fence. It does look good. But, we're really glad that we did not use them. We did better work even with no experience. And saved a lot of money.

These guys are good. Estimator was easy to work with, was up front and answered all my questions. Quick, friendly response. Bid came in lower than I expected! Two day job. One day to set the posts in concrete (Tuesday) and a second day to install the chain link and gates (Friday). Each part took 4-5 hours. The best part was that I saw a potential problem in the location of the fence posts. I have dogs and it looked like there was a gap that one of my dogs could easily squeeze through. They saw the same problem and had already figured out a way to handle it even before I brought it to their attention! They also took down an existing gate that the new fence replaced. Prompt, friendly, efficient, competant. What more could you ask for?

While they were punctual and professional, I went with another company because Quality Fence's bid was $300 more.

They did the job when they said they would, and the end result was a quality job. Would not hesitate in using them again.

Repairs were done well. We changed the style of gate and it wasn't explained that the new gate wouldn't quite cover the same distance as the original one, so gaps were left. When I complained, the service manager did visit the site, but never contacted me to give me his feedback. Eventually, all was resolved. Our tenant put a block of wood in the gap, which would have been what Quality would have done. My experience was a bit frustrating, but it might have been better had I been on site when the repairs were being done.

The whole operation was accomplished in a timely and superior manner. The installers Jesse and Gabino performed the dismantling and disposal of the old fence and installed the new fence and gate in a highly professional manner. They were always punctual and their workmanship was excellent. Jeff the estimator also did a great job. He was punctual and kept us informed of all scheduling.

We got the quote(quite competitive) and the started the removal of old fence and installation of posts and putting up a temporary fence on Monday. Returned on Thursday to install the fence except for gate. That was installed a few days later. Brad was our salwesman and really stayed on top of everythin.

If you want it done right you should go to them. They were fairly priced and the work was perfect.

They were very punctual and got the work done quickly. They are very popular in my neighborhood. They do many different types of fencing.

Brad comes out and does the estimate. The crew comes in and installs. They are always there on time and work hard. If there has been a misunderstanding or the job is not done to expectation, all I have to do is call Brad and solutions are found and everything is made right within a week, if not next day. I have been using this outfit for almost 10yrs and they have never failed to give me high quality. Brad knows his business and gives me helpful suggestions so we receive the best outcome.
