It wasn't a good experience! Somewhere around the first part of June 2011, the drain pan for the 'neo-angle' shower was delivered. It was delivered by one employee. There were suppose to be two employees delivering the pan because it weighed somewhere around 170 pounds. The one employee dropped the pan on the street and it broke! Instead of putting me first on their list to build a new pan; the folks at Marble Designs went about their work making drain pans for other customers. The new pan arrived in about three-and-a-half weeks. This delay caused the glass installers to be over three weeks late to enclose the stall and the plumber more than a month to complete the plumbing. Overall; because of Marble Designs customer concerns there was about one month of wasted time getting the neo-angle stall done. About two weeks after Marble Designs staff completed the two walls for the neo-angle stall; one of the walls 'peeled' off of the drywall. After the neo-angle stall was finished (except for the 'peeling' wall) someone came over to put up the three walls in the 'tub and shower' stall. In this case the installers mis-measured the height from the rim of the tube to the shower head. As a result I did not get the walls that were paid for. I ended up paying for less height! To add to this experience, the installer that was there could have re-glued the wall in the neo-angle stall back to the drywall. This didn't happen. I paid the last check to Marble Design on 11/07/2011. Somewhere between this date and 10/04/2011 their installation supervisor came over and 're-glued' the wall in the neo-angle stall, pinned it to the wooden stud behind the drywall with a screw and then 're-beaded' the top and side of the culture marble wall with silicone. He then checked everything in and around the neo-angle stall. From there he went to the 'tub and shower encloser and 're-beaded' some areas that were forgotten by the installer that glued the three culture marble walls onto the drywall. So to conclude; I didn't have a good experience with this business. From 5/27/2011 when the contractor and I started with them until 11/07/2011 when I paid the bill off in full is a very long time.
