+ -1 moreWe're always impressed with their service. They get us taken care of right away and take the time to explain what they're doing and why. I think of them as providing old fashioned service. For example, we had an issue and called for advice. Nothing could be done at the time, but the next day they had an idea to resolve the problem so they came out on their own to see if it would work. It didn't resolve the issue but we were happy that tried!
Description of Work: We have used these guys a couple times and they always do great work. They've replaced a pump for us, replaced our pressure tank, and did some work on our irrigation system.

+ -1 moreFour hour test went very smoothly and provided us with the necessary info to sell our house.
Description of Work: Luke did a four-hour well test for us. He was delightful and very easy to work with. His was also the lowest price of four places we called for estimates.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with their work. They came right out on Sunday and fixed the problem temporarily and returned the next day to replace the pressure tank. They weren't cheap but I had water.
Description of Work: Jacksonville Pump Service & Repair replaced the pressure tank in my water pump.
