+ -1 moreTerrible experience. They left black scuff marks on all of the white baseboards. The edge of the carpets were not clean. They did not get up some of the stains/spots they claimed they could remove. When they were done they dumped the dirty cleaning solution on my lawn.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room and dining room.

+ -1 moreThe carpet cleaner called 20 minutes before arrival (slightly early). He thought the job would take about 40 minutes, it was closer to an hour. He moved all the furniture and cleaned under and moved it back. We were back in the house very quickly. Good service, good job.

+ -1 moreThey have an ad in the phone book for 2 room steam cleaned for $85. They came back with an estimate that was doubled that price. I told them that I did not want there service and they were rude about it.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come out around 6 last night and never showed up I called twice around 8 and they were very polite and reschedule for today at 10am. They came at 9:30am.
