Some guy showed up in an unmarked white truck and I didn't even know he was here till I heard stomping on my roof. I went outside to greet him and he was on his cell phone talking to someone, saw me and didn't even acknowledge me. Then walked off and continued his conversation about MY roof with someone else. He walked back and forth on my roof for about 20 min on the phone and finally did measurements. Came to my door 30-40mins AFTER he had arrived and told me he had finished. I asked him what company he was with and he said this one. I sure hope he was an actual employee.... or maybe not because he was completely unprofessional and a little rude. I will absolutely NOT hire this company due to my first impression with this supposed employee.

They are very professional and prompt. We had a leak in the roof in a few places. They did a complete check of the roof to make sure they weren't any more. They fixed the problems. We called them for a follow-up and everything was fine. They take the time to do the job right.. Their prices are very fair.
