Tim Schaeffer was very professional on the job. Tim and his helper were polite and and on time. They tore down our dry rotted deck and replaced It with a beautiful new deck. They did extra little jobs we asked them too without being charged. His price was reasonable for the entire project We would highly recommend Schaeffer Construction to anyone looking for a good contractor.

Tim replaced a deck for us. He obviously takes pride in his work. He was very exacting and careful and built us a beautiful deck. He also built a platform for us to reach our bird feeder. He was pleasant and professional. It did cost more than we really wanted to spend, but I believe we would not have ended up with such quality if we had hired someone else. Thank you, Tim!
