I have been left high and dry with a half finished yard. Last I talked to Bill, I was told to hire someone else. I paid him a little over $5000.00 in labor alone and now I have to do most of the work myself and I'm in my 60's. I am not happy at all.
Description of Work: Bill was to do some landscaping for me. Drip/sprinkler system, gravel yard, stain fence and deck and a couple of other small things. He worked me into his other jobs which was ok with me but required more time for the job. He started last summer 2014.

We have used Bill as a private contractor on several projects ranging from remodeling and new construction on our personal residence, to various rental prorjects. Bill is extremely capable and versatile with a wide range of skills & competencies. Workmanship is excellent, Punctual and on time as agreed on projects. In one remodeling project, Bill saed us a lot of money after unexpected framing issues were discovered during demolition. Bill was able to recommend a variety of creative sollutions and also saved time with excellent results. Bill is considerate, cleans up and controls the work area to minimize safety issues & inconvenience. All in all, we feel WTG Enterprises deserves an excellent rating.

Bill is the best. He has been working for me since I bought my house a year ago. He has done a little of everything from painting to fixing a leaky window. He is a hard worker and his work is always of the highest quality. He is very fair in his pricing and will go out of his way to do things the right way. He is honest and dependable. I will continue to hire him and I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: This last job was to fix a leak in a window.

Overall, it was very positive. I would hire Mr. Gilmer again and I plan to do so. I hired Mr. Gilmer to replace a few boards that were rotting on my playhouse deck. He promptly showed up, looked the job over and drew up his plans. It was a small job but he was very friendly about it. I wanted to be sure that the playhouse structure that had been built 10 years ago was still strong and safe. He showed up two days later and went to work. While he was working, I realized that I would like a railing around the back edges of the deck even though it was close to the ground. Mr. Gilmer took my last minute request in stride. He drew up his plans and returned to the store to get the additional lumber. The railing that he built was beyond any expectations that I had. It is safe and strong. Not just strong enough for a child but strong enough for a large adult to sit and walk on (I know this because my adult son walked on top of it when it was done! Mr. Gilmer even surprised me by purchasing a gallon of paint that matched the old paint on the structure! He also removed some sharp edges that had been left by the original builder and he sanded corners, all to enhance my grandchildren's safety. I did not think of these things but Mr. Gilmer did.
Description of Work: Mr. Gilmer repaired a playhouse/storage house in our yard. He rebuilt the deck, replacing rotting boards. He added a railing on two sides. He added a stair so my 2-yr-old granddaughter and I (with arthritis) can better access the deck. He removed sharp edges that had been left by the previous workers on the old deck. He sanded corners and edges so they would not injure my grandchildren. He matched paint to what was on the deck previously. He was very friendly, professional and cleaned up after himself. He worked quietly and efficiently and let me continue to accomplish my yard work. I had only hired him to rebuild the deck and suggested the railing at the last minute; Mr. Gilmer remained pleasant and professional and designed and built the railing on the same day!
