R&C did a great job cleaning our carpet. They were professional and I felt comfortable having them in our home. I would definitely recommend them.

I only needed a hallway and stairs cleaned. The previous carpet cleaner a month ago didn't get it very clean so I tried to go over it myself and ended up with a mess. I was ready to put in a new carpet but called this company for one last try to save it....and it looks great! They got it much cleaner than the previous carpet cleaner even after the mess I made trying to do it myself. (a very light carpet which I got so wet it wicked up the underneath dirt and was far worse than when I started!) I am so happy with the job these people did and they were a delight to work with. Thank you, highly recommend.

Excellent from calling to the work performed.

They did an excellent job. They were extremely fast and yet the quality of the cleaning was outstanding. We have a new puppy that had left numerous stains and they were able to remove all of them. The puppy has now started to chew the carpeting on the corner of one of the steps. R&C does carpet repair as well so we will be having them return sooner rather than later.

They do excellent work and come on short notice. They are very professional and do a great job even with problem areas.

John-Marc and his assistant were careful and thorough moving and cleaning under the upholstered furniture and protecting the furniture from the damp carpet. The carpet was completely dry within three hours. I also appreciated Jon-Marc calling ahead to let me know the exact time of their arrival - had previously given me an estimated time. Pleasant and courteous manner.

He always does a great job. They are really good at getting up spots, we have kids and pets so he's very good, he's very friendly, he's always on time, and he's a really good guy. This is who we always use and I always recommend him. If you don't like what he did, he will come back and fix a spot. I've compared prices and his are good.

They did an excellent job. Not as fast as I've seen but they did a very nice and careful job. They left the carpets dry.

Jon-Mark arrived on time despite having to find our place way out in the country--did a great job!

Robert agreed to clean the premises without my presence. I left him a key and he and his helper cleaned all the carpets listed above. When he discovered the hole in the carpet, he called me and gave me an estimate to fix the hole. The repair was done in a professional manner and the patch from the closet was done discreetly. He left my home neat and tidy and replaced the key where requested.

I was extremely pleased. Robert Crawford and his son have always done a fantastic job (we've used them 4 times). They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very thorough. He is definitely ''our'' carpet cleaner from here on out.

CARPETS LOOKED LIKE NEW. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HE REMOVED THE SPOTS COMPLETELY. EXTREMELY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. DID NOT PUSH ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON ME. VERY NEAT AND CAREFUL.

R & C CARPET CARE IS FANTASTIC!! I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES, FROM CLEANING THE WHOLE HOUSE, OR THE SPOTTING OF NASTY STAINS. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKING AND WILL TRY AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET OUT THE BAD SPOTS. THEIR RATES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY HAVE EVEN COME TO THE HOUSE A WEEK LATER, WHEN 'MURPHY'S LAW' CAUSED A STAIN RIGHT AFTER A THOROUGH CLEANING!
