Can't say enough how fantastic it was to work with Philip. Not only was his work top notch and my deck turned out amazing but his communication was incredible. Any issue I had Philip just solved the problem and kept the job on time and worry free for me. I will only use PEC construction for my home.

Had a great experience with PEC! They tore down my rotting porch and built a new one, lickety-split, and at a great rate. Will definitely be hiring them again!

We went with PEC Construction for our new windows, back door replacement, replacement railing on our garage deck, and an amazing lean-to cover over our back patio. Phillip and crew took care of us through the whole process - from picking out materials to being patient with our old 1920 house to a beautiful finished product. PEC will be our first call on our next project!

Best roofer ever!

I needed to replace my front door entrance deck and stairway so I had 4 contractors bid on this 12ft X 20ft deck. Old. Deck was some type of composite material but old and looking bad. All contractors were given same details on material and design I wanted. Philip won out easily with his bid and professional help and suggestions that made my project go from looking good, but getting great compliments from everyone that see’s it. I also asked Philip if he could do installation of new back door porch with same material and look as front deck, plus install a storm door. Philip did a quote for me right then, and let me know he had done these projects before. My wife loves both the new deck and back porch with storm door with adjustable glass screened windows. We’re really happy and glad that we had the good luck to have had Philip bid on our project and he fit us in on his schedule. We have more home projects we will have Philip do for us in the near future. I fully recommend Philip. Jack Loftis

PEC demoed my rotting porch and built a new one out of composite. Philip was fabulous -- communicated with me the whole time, took my budget concerns very seriously, and found creative ways to stay under them. Even re-anchored my mailbox when it toppled over due to rot while his team was building the porch.
