McLaren's Carpet One Floor & Home

I went to the store, talked to a knowledgeable lady (Sue I think) and she showed me samples, I picked one out and she set up a time for Steve to come and see me the next day. No show. No call. I sent a email, no response. I moved on to another company. What a shame, I would have gone with them. Beautiful showroom.

I searched several businesses (on line as well as in store) and decided McLaren Carpets were the best, not only for location, but price as well. I had originally chosen a. "Wood grain laminate" but after having the consultant come n and measure, he said this would not look very good, considering there was a real wood entryway that did not match. I chose a higher grade flooring that actually looked awesome and the cost was less than what I originally wanted. It has been several months since the installation, and all of my friends comment on how nice it looks. The installer did a great job and was very experienced in making sure the carpet that butted up to the new flooring matched seamlessly, without any problems. very Happy! The gals in the office were very nice and helpful as well.

McLaren's Carpet One Floor and Home is great. I used to deal with them when I worked for a building company and when we had water damaged, I went back to them, 15 or 16 years just as good as ever as anything past. They're good and honest people. They are really easy to deal with, you get really good product and they are on time. They gave me builder prices. I certainly would use them again. I called them because I had a past experience with them.

Great selection of products to choose from. Friendly customer service at the store. Sent somone out to measure and provided us with a quote that was a great price. Efficient templating and then fast and friendly installers. Turn around time from ordering was less than 2 weeks.

I contacted McLarens as a return customer, asked for info from past installations. They were not computerized over 5 years ago, and had no record of our purchases. They were polite on the phone, but did not return calls as asked. When I set up an appointment for measuring today prior to purchase and installation, the person did not show up. I waited for 30 minutes, then, as you can see, wrote them off. I would not recommend them. I drove about 50 miles round trip to meet them and wasted over 1.5 hours of my time. Thanks for nothing.

I would refer them to others. They did a good job. Their price may be a little high but it was okay. I got a high quality carpet. The price was somewhat in the range of the other people but just a little higher. We had a couple problems and the man who came out from McLaren's felt he could solve them; the other companies that came out weren't sure they could fix them. He was pretty confident; that's why we went with them.

I recently had them give me another quote. My experience with them was great. They are a great company to deal with. The installers were really good. They were on time and very professional. They did a quality installation. I was very pleased with them. I’d use them again if I’d have to.

Pam was our sales person when looking at samples. She was very focused on our ideas of colors, styles as well as budget which was greatly appreciated. The manager was punctual when arriving for the measurements and estimate which was provided the next day. Once we decided to have them do the installation, Pam was quick to accomodate our deadline due to events being held at our home. The installers had the entire install done within 3 hours!!!! Everything regarding terms, timelines, etc was thoroughly explained. We were very pleased with the professionalism of all staff we worked with and would highly recommend them. The prices of the carpets were higher than your DIY warehouse, but the waurantees were better as well.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THEY WERE VERY COMPASSIONATE, AND PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT THE EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD CREWS COME IN, AND MOVE THE FURNITURE FOR US WHILE THEY WERE INSTALLING THE NEW FLOORING. THE OWNER WAS SUCH A PEACH OF A GUY, AND THE GAL THAT I WORKED WITH, JODI, WAS UNBELIEVABLE. THEIR SERVICE WAS EXEMPLARY. I'VE RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW! THEY ARE 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH MCCLAREN'S. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND THE FLOOR LOOKED GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

MCLAREN'S IS VERY WELL KNOW IN OUR COMMUNITY AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY COMMITTED TO DOING EXCELLENT WORK. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB A LITTLE LATER THEN WE EXPECTED, HOWEVER, WAS WORTH THE WAIT. WE HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM A COUPLE TIMES STILL TO GET A PIECE FOR ONE OF OUR AIR VENTS THAT THEY NEVER PUT IN.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE A VERY UPBEAT AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN, AS I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME WE AGREED ON.
