Description of Work: Performed some cabinet work for our kitchen. There was some trim that needed to be installed around kitchen island. Gave me his word saying he would complete in a couple of weeks, so I paid him in full. That is the last I heard from him. Called a couple of times and kept hearing I will be there in a couple of weeks. That was about 6 months ago.

The cabinets in my home were originally manufactured and installed by Kauffman. About six year ago I went by there shop to get a quote on changing a cabinet. When I received the quote it had a total of $560 then a plus sign followed by $100 with the explanation of "Just Because", bringing the quote to $660. I felt that was very unprofessional. Needless to say, I chose not to have them do the work. About a month ago, I again contacted them to see about making some changes to my existing 20 year old (Kauffman) cabinets. On the phone they seemed uninterested in working with me to make update/improvements to my 20 year old cabinets, however I left my phone number with them to see If they would call me back about the matter. I have never heard from them. So my advice is "don't even bother calling Kauffman for any reason".
